I just got off the phone with customer service, I am trying to get information about the type of service I need( inside insects). The man “helping” me seemed to be reading a script. I couldn’t get my questions answered about monthly service so I opted for the one time Option. Got everything set up and he wanted payment up front while we were on phone. I said no I don’t do business that way. He put me on hold, came back and said it had to be paid up front. I said I will use another company. I’ve used them in the past and the woman that helped me then was very helpful. Think customer service needs tweaking just a bit.

We're sorry you've had a poor experience with our customer service team, Ms. Nenigar. The representative would not have been able to provide you with pricing over the phone for recurring interior service if you have an active infestation. We would need to send a field inspector out to assess the extent of the infestation first, then he would be able to provide you with the pricing to deal with your specific issues. For one-time service, it is our policy to collect payment at the time that service is scheduled. I'm sorry if these things were not explained appropriately to you during your call with our customer service professional. At Turner we strive to deliver unsurpassed quality and service and are sorry if we've missed the mark in this situation. If we can provide you with pest control services in the future, we hope you give us the opportunity to do so.
