I don't usually get to talk with the service guy when he comes and missed his name, but he was friendly and efficient and answered my questions very clearly. I doubly appreciated it because we had electricians here at the time and I was distracted by the activity around us. The service man did an excellent job, leaving written suggestions which helped tremendously.

Shawn was very prompt, courteous, and professional! His demeanor didn't change between services one bit. He is an asset to Turner. Answered all of my questions with absolute confidence. Would recommend Shawn and Turner in a heartbeat. Turner is also easily affordable unlike many other companies.
