I made a call on April 11, 2026 to find out what day Turner Pest Control were to show up for service of my lawn. I was told on that particular call the service would happen on April 21, 2026. The last day my lawn was serviced was February 13, 2026. My contract was for service in between 6 - 8 weeks. April 21, 2026 would already place me outside of that contracted window. The 21st comes and no one shows up. I called in late that evening and told the customer service rep that no one ever showed for my service. The Rep told me that my service was scheduled for Saturday April 25th now. She assured me she would have the supervisor to contact me. The supervisor called and at the end of the conversation I find out that my service was resescheduled by the supervisor without any prior notification. This is so convenient for me as a paying customer, what was I thinking? It also placed me almost 2 weeks outside of my contracted period. But not of course before billing my credit card for another month of service the day prior to the original appointment. Thanks Turner! Great job!!
