Our experience has been great! Brad Corey, the Sales Exec for our area in Palm Coast really went the extra mile to make sure our pest control needs were met.. Turner also sent an outstanding Technician, Brian Ahlberg, who we can't thank enough for taking care of our pest treatment. Brad worked with our budget and provided special assistance making two additional trips to ensure that our bundle package of termite and pest was seamless. We were so happy with the outcome that we wrote a letter to the parent company letting them know what a great job Brad and Turner's technician are doing for us and how Turner is responsive, efficient, and courteous. Turner Pest Control is definitely a "5 star" company that we trust to take care of our pest needs.

EDIT: 1 week later and I am still waiting on an answer from this email that was provided below. If I could give this business 0 stars I would! What does a customer have to do to get an issue resolved?! Very disappointed with the customer service experience. Every time I call, I’m routed to a call center where the representatives don’t seem to have any real information or ability to help. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue since March and was told a manager would contact me, it's mid April but I’m still waiting. In the meantime, they continue sending invoices without addressing the situation. It’s frustrating to feel ignored while being asked to pay for services that haven’t been properly discussed or resolved. I expected much better communication and accountability. Unfortunately, this has been a very poor experience.
