Customer service is terrible!. They always seem to have difficulty finding my account, I made 2 appointments that were no shows. Spoke to the technician, said he never received the appointments from the office. For another appointment the tech. showed up at 2 pm, the appt. was for between 8 and 8 am. Tech said that was the info. he received form the office. Made another appt. for last week. Tech was a no show. Called the office was on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up! The customer service is among the worst I have experienced. Management needs to train employees, find better employees or pay them more. The first contact a customer has with a company leaves a lasting impression. My impression is a very poorly run company.

Sent bill for services that were never rendered 7 months after canceling services (because my grass was burned with chemicals and the pest were worse with their services). Customer service did nothing but send a letter threatening to send to collections. Would never recommend such a dishonest company not to mention to sub par “service”.
