Eleven years. That's how long I was a Turner Pest Control customer. Their pest control service has always been solid — but after what happened with their lawn care program, I canceled everything. On March 30th, a technician applied granular fertilizer to my entire lawn. Their own inspection report (Invoice #A621944902) shows Time In: 1:40 PM, Time Out: 1:47 PM. Seven minutes. The result? Visible stripes across my yard from uneven coverage. See my photos. I called to report it. A return visit was scheduled for April 30th. No one showed. No call. No communication. When I called again this week, I was told a manager would contact me upon arrival to discuss the issue. The technician did show up May 7th and completed a re-treatment — but no manager came, no one knocked, and there was zero conversation about accountability. I canceled all services. Their pest control is fine. But this company burned my time, ruined my yard, and never once took responsibility. Eleven years of loyalty ended because of a 7-minute fertilizer job and a trail of broken promises.
