Became dissatisfied with their lawn care service. Still getting new growth of weeds and even after visits, new growth of weeds continued. Went to cancel service and apparently we were on a payment plan for our pest control (was not aware) So I am still going to be charged for services not received (November, December and January pest services). Additionally customer service did absolutely nothing to try and keep me as a customer. Filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. Taking money for services not received is theft!

Turner as whole never disappoints! From the customer service dept that takes the calls to the technicians. Spencer is awesome! He checks in, lets us know what he is doing! If spraying, he instructs us to wait on taking our dog out! It’s the extra steps that are taken that really mean the most!
