I particularly like that they email a report immediately after performing a service so you always know what has been done and what you need to do. Everyone I have met or spoken to has been professional and super nice. I'm very pleased to have found this company.

I wanted to let you know that today we had our annual inspection for termites. Kailon Alexander came to the house to perform this inspection. First he called to update us that he was running late due to traffic and was extremely apologetic. Then my nanny, who was home with the kids, said that he was very professional and “an exceptionally nice individual.” I wanted to pass this along as I am in the customer service business and this is what I would want to hear about my employees. Good job!
