AVOID!! We automatically were put with Turner Pest control with our new home purchase for our termite bond. It was time for our annual inspection which costed $300 we paid via the online portal. They have now charged my card twice and there is a third charge pending a total of $900. We called and spoke with their customer service who was extremely rude & basically told us it’s our cards problem, they are only showing one charged & and they can’t just refund our money. I called our credit card company and they confirmed it is most definitely an overcharged on their part. Of course then to call Turner Pest control again and just the same excuses, blaming our credit card & refusing to help us resolve the issue. We will never use Turner again!!! Save yourself the headache and use someone different!

EDIT: 1 week later and I am still waiting on an answer from this email that was provided below. If I could give this business 0 stars I would! What does a customer have to do to get an issue resolved?! Very disappointed with the customer service experience. Every time I call, I’m routed to a call center where the representatives don’t seem to have any real information or ability to help. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue since March and was told a manager would contact me, it's mid April but I’m still waiting. In the meantime, they continue sending invoices without addressing the situation. It’s frustrating to feel ignored while being asked to pay for services that haven’t been properly discussed or resolved. I expected much better communication and accountability. Unfortunately, this has been a very poor experience.
