This company has been servicing my lawn for several years. They have always done a good job until the spring of this year. The company that cuts the grass notice sod webworm infestation / lawn moths and I immediately called to report this issue as their technician didn't note anything about it during his visit. My lawn company said if it wasn't handled right away, it could spread and become a big issue and could potentially kill my whole yard. Due to Turners Pest Control bad customer service and non responsiveness, this turned into the worst infestation of web worm my lawn cut company has ever seen. I have called many times and first time I called I was told the manager was going to call me back which he never did. I called again and there was no notes on my account that I had called to request a manager to call me back. (This has happened at least twice where they have no records I called, or that somebody was going to call me back.) I was told somebody would go out and take a look. They didn't, and ended up postponing my regular treatment for 2 weeks. When they finally went out for a regular spray, the technician said nothing about the bugs on his report. I called again and finally the manager called me back and promised he would go out. When he finally did he said he found 1 worm and that they would treat for it the next week. I never got any reports that they actually did. After my research I understand that it has to be re-treated after 30 days to work, so now I have been calling since last week and have been told the manager has to authorize a spray as it's not a regular treatment. My lawn has now so many issues where the grass is destroyed and now I have gotten crab grass too. I also still have many moths from the web worms flying around. I'm in a HOA community so I'm just waiting for the letter saying I need to handle the lawn issues by replacing the grass. I have a large front yard and back yard so it would cost me a lot of money to replace the grass. Again, I'm waiting for a call back from the manager...

Shout out Denver Cole, whom took 3 phone calls to return a call. Locked into a yearly contract when I was under the influence it would be a month to month. Asked him not to renew it and he told me it has to be in writing within 30 days of renewal. As per the terms and conditions. Class act 👏

We had to let our first lawn company go because we could see changes in our lawn that we weren’t happy with. We hired Turner and today they came for our initial appointment. They said our grass had fungus (other company didn’t even note this was an issue) and the increasing patches was due to this issue. He treated the lawn and was very nice in speaking to me and taking the time to explain everything. Looking forward to my lawn looking better and healthier!! UPDATE: Turner has merged with another company and for us our lawn went to a mess and so did their customer service. We have switched to another company and within one treatment our lawn has looked better than it has ever before. Turner simply wasn’t responsive anymore to concerns and slow to even attempt to fix problems. We were waiting up to 10weeks between treatments

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service. Appointments are always on time or if there is even the slightest delay I receive 2 phone calls-1 from the company and 1 from the tech. All technicians have been very polite and respectful. They do their jobs with attention and knowledge.

Aaron was very professional and informative. Inflation has altered the pricing schedule which is a pain point however for the quality of service and competition needed, it was unavoidable.
