Hunter Gray
Jacob was great. He greeted me at the front door to introduce himself and did a great job with the bugs outside. It's extremely hot, but he didn't shy away from doing the work and trying hard to get any spider webs from the side of the house. I was very impressed with the work ethic even on such a hot day.

What they said at the introduction meeting is not what it is. Im getting work orders and they haven't been in the house. they said that I can cancel anytime no fee and now the want 300 for cancel.

I always have a great experience with the customer service reps and the service technicians. We recently had some little black ants in our kitchen, and since the technician came out to treat, we haven’t seen them any more. They always do a great job and keep our home free of pests!

The only reason that there aren't five stars in my review is because of some initial miscommunication about the treatment plan needed for my apartment, other wise the service and price was 10 out of 10! Rebecca was my technician, and she was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and extremely efficient. I feel taken care of, thank you Turner!
