We had an excellent experience with Michael from Turner Pest Control during our annual termite inspection and bond renewal. He explained what he would be doing as soon as he arrived and took the time to answer all of our questions. When he finished, he also discussed additional services we might consider. He was informative without being pushy, which we truly appreciated and will keep in mind moving forward.

Excellent office customer service and the technician who came out. With a new build next to a nature preserve, we needed help ... fast! After the initial service outside, the technician returned the next day to treat the interior. He was very thorough. He listened to all our concerns. He explained the different treatments for bugs and critters. We opted for the maintenance plan but, so far, I can see evidence it's working.

Joshua got to my house and listened to my issues and concerns. He was very professional and courteous. He explained how and what was happening and gave solutions to the problems. He made sure that all my questions were answered and hopefully my house will stay insect/bug free. Thank you!
