This review is specifically for Kailon Alexander. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond when it comes to outside pest/mosquito care. He is VERY thorough, knocks down spider webs and other bugs. I appreciate him ringing the doorbell every time he conducts a service, even if I’m not home. I wish my lawn care guy from Turner was equally as thorough..but I've had to call more than once regarding my lawn services (wrong house, didn’t do the back yard, etc).

EDIT: 1 week later and I am still waiting on an answer from this email that was provided below. If I could give this business 0 stars I would! What does a customer have to do to get an issue resolved?! Very disappointed with the customer service experience. Every time I call, I’m routed to a call center where the representatives don’t seem to have any real information or ability to help. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue since March and was told a manager would contact me, it's mid April but I’m still waiting. In the meantime, they continue sending invoices without addressing the situation. It’s frustrating to feel ignored while being asked to pay for services that haven’t been properly discussed or resolved. I expected much better communication and accountability. Unfortunately, this has been a very poor experience.
