I have had an ongoing issue with Turner Pest Control and I want this documented clearly. Last year I was told I needed either a lump sum payment for my termite bond or a year of monthly treatments because of work done in my backyard. I did not have thousands to pay upfront, so I chose the year plan. That plan should have ended in September. In July I started emailing to confirm that my service would not auto renew and I wanted it canceled. I received almost no response. I asked multiple times for written confirmation and could not get a clear answer. They eventually emailed me saying they would refund my last month. I received that refund, but they continued billing me anyway. I sent emails both months asking why I was still getting invoices. I received no response until the most recent one where I was told a manager was trying to call me because they wanted to talk about downgrading my service. I have been extremely clear that I am canceling. I do not want to downgrade. I do not want sales calls. I want written confirmation. Instead they have ignored my cancellation requests, continued to bill me, and tried to get me on the phone to sell me something else. This is unacceptable. I am documenting here, in addition to my emails and the requests on their website, that I am canceling my service and that Turner Pest Control has made this process unnecessarily difficult.

Turner Pest Control has been helping us protect our home for the last few years. The first interaction wasn't the greatest. The technician that came over was a temp and didn't even diagnose that I had brown widows in my garage. That freaked me out especially when I have little kids. They quickly sent another technician over - Michael Steinman who is such a life saver and totally changed the experience from negative to extremely positive!! Michael didn't just take care of my house. He offered his cell phone number for me to call after I came home from work. It was totally out of my expectation for him to stay on the phone with me for an hour on a Friday evening after his normal work hours explaining to me what happened and answering all of my questions. Ever since then, I never have to be concerned about any pest issues at my house. Michael always responds to our concerns right away and addresses them professionally and perfectly. Michael is so knowledgeable about what he does. Sometimes I wonder how he could remember all of it. He makes it so easy for us! We love him and he is the reason why we are staying with Turner Pest Control!!
