Michael, our technician, has been wonderful. He makes it a point to explain what kind of treatments he's using and is concious of our two labs. He's been vigilant in getting our home pest-free and always responds when we have an issue. We are 100% happy with the service Michael provides and highly recommend him.

We had our initial treatment yesterday - Patrick (Sheehan) was great! Very polite and helpful, he fully explained the process and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was brutally hot and Patrick doing the termite treatment had to drill every brick and a half and trench all the way around my 2600 square foot home - how brutal is that in August? He was great and he never stopped - Turner has a great employee in Patrick - without a doubt, the best decision we made was to choose Turner - only one problem - - we chose Turner to have this work done because we are selling our house and moving out of state - I wish I had known years ago about this great company. I would have cherished the relationship - - Wonder if they do road trips????? Thanks guys, appreciate you and your efforts!

We hired Turner for our business & they lied both in our contract and welcome email about complimentary calls between quarterly service. The second visit the technician treated half of our offices and roaches appeared 4 days later. They didn't want to come and retreat, but they did. We will no longer do business with one that does not follow their own guidelines. I have cancelled my home account with them as well.
