The guy that came to service our house, Gerald, was amazing! Very straight forward and honest with everything we needed to get done. We had termites and he helped us with treating the affected areas and provided us with his number to ask questions when needed. He seriously puts our minds at ease. Thank you! The technician arrived on time and, even though it was an external only inspection, he came to the door to let me know he was here and would be working around the outside of the house for 25 minutes or so. He asked if there were any issues he needed to address, specifically. He also made sure our dogs were inside so he wouldn't disturb them. We have always had good service with Turner and this visit was no exception.

DeAndre has been treating our home for a bit now and has been doing a great job. He treats us and our property with great respect. He'll do what he's there to do but will always answer questions or inspect something we've asked him to.
