I used this service to get rid of an ant issue I had. Was told when I called to sign up that it was $99 to start service and $45 for the first visit. And the first visit included a 2 week follow up. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid the first $99 and $45 for someone to come out. They were amazing and the issue was resolved before the follow up visit. At that point I called and cancelled my subscription. The next month I was charged $45. I called to ask why I was charged as I had cancelled my subscription. They told me they would reach out to the billing department and get back with me. They never did. I reach out on their online chat and explained the situation . They “apologized” for the fact I was given the wrong information and that I was responsible for a past due balance of $90. I told them I am not responsible for any payment that I did not agree to or authorize. They said I could reach out to a manager if I’d like and disconnected the chat. So I had to call my bank to reverse the unauthorized charged. Support and billing were disrespectful and rude.

Terrible customer service. Charged me for add-on service I cancelled in advance. Lawn looks no better than when they started months ago. I am cancelling all service immediately.

Turner Pest Control has been our termite bond and indoor/outdoor pest control service for 22 years and they are great. When we first moved in we had scorpions dropping from the ceiling vents and they came back until they were gone. Their service people are thorough and the office staff are very helpful. Highly recommend.
