The new tech we’ve had the last few months has been great. Definitely seeing a turn around with the bugs on the ground and have been switched to a green product finally. To be honest the communication at the office level can be a bit challenging and there is a lot of red tape just trying to make changes to the plan as an already established customer. Also they should really call the customer and make sure appointment times work—because someone needs to be home to do the inside service if needed and to discuss the inspections, etc. if desired. They answer calls and do come out if you have issues. And they are always professional in the way they speak to customers. Working with the public can be challenging so I do commend them on that.

Zach provided me a great service. He let me know he was there, asked if any issues inside and then did a thorough and complete job. Called me when doorbell camera audio failed. Appreciate his efforts and the extra attention.

Another update 10/3, Detron continues to do a great job. Turner Mgt, please bonus him and make sure he gets a raise soon! Good people are hard to find 😁 Update 8/9/25, we are still using Turner Pest Control mostly due to Detron's great service 😁 He's very professional and reliable, we appreciate his work. (Below is my review from a few years ago. ) Detron is always doing a great job!! Super courteous, he texts me to let me know he's arriving. And most importantly, he always closes the gate so my pups don't get out. Great service!! Plus, I never have any pests in or around my house, of course 😍🥳 Highly recommend.

We’ve been extremely disappointed with our care service. We added flea treatments after a case of fleas- I swear they did it once and never again. On top of the fact my dogs seem to be allergic to whatever they used to “treat” the lawn which never seemed to be treated and only continued to die regardless of how much we took care of it. Every time someone showed up it was never the same service and always seemed half done. Once we called to express that while I was home after explicitly asking for a specific service on our porch that was not done - I work from home and was in a meeting. My husband called to ask why they didn’t complete the service. The dispatcher was beyond disrespectful calling me a liar. Earlier this week when we called to cancel the lawn service we were told an AM would be calling us back to discuss and ask why. This “AM” is honestly a disgrace to this company because he called and was nothing but nasty to my husband demanding we still owed money after someone else had told us we could cancel at anytime. We agreed to pay for the most recent treatment but nothing else which only seemed to incite rage into this “AM” (maybe a commission thing?) Only after threatening to get a lawyer involved were we reached out to by the supervisor John who did his best to rectify the situation. Honestly he was wonderful in handling the situation and were very appreciative for him. But based on our experiences without him in it we have found a new company, and would NOT recommend Turner Pest to anyone. I’m appalled at how so many situations were handled here for no reason other than a lack of wanting to admit poor workmanship. Thank you to John for making the situation right. But if you want good service worth your money every month- Turner is not it.
