Do NOT work with Turner Pest Control. Their customer service is awful. They do not return phone calls or emails. I called and emailed seral times about about service or invoices. They will also increase your prices without informing your. If you are considering working with Turner Pest Control, RUN! If you work with Turner, please confirm they are billing your correctly.

I called and inquired about pest control for my apartment (it’s supposed to be landlords/ apartment complex responsibility) and just wanted to thank the gentleman i spoke with for being so absolutely kind and honest. He was upfront about everything and gave genuine advice. Although i did not receive services the customer service was unbeatable and i would recommend them based on that alone.
