Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

We currently use Turner for indoor pest control services, lawn care services, and additional outdoor flea prevention services. The only service I can say we have had any luck with was the indoor pest control services – and that is solely based on our technician, Kyle, who is no longer with the company. The one consistent aspect of this company is the unprofessional way that every single thing is handled. We pay for full yard treatment and for our last appointment, the technician didn’t even enter our backyard. I was home to witness it first hand, checked our camera footage to confirm he didn’t go into the backyard in case I somehow missed it, and the service paperwork confirms he was only on our property for 10 minutes. Another major issue is that they fail to follow up on required appointments. Outdoor flea treatment requires two applications within a 30 day period. They hadn’t returned for the 2nd treatment within that timeframe, therefore negating the first treatment. When I called to see how they were going to resolve this issue, the gentleman helping me said I didn't have an appointment scheduled and would forward me to a manager. The manager then tells me that I do have an appointment - for "tomorrow" and that the gentleman before didn't see it on the calendar. However, we never received any communication regarding our appointment having been scheduled for that day, and regardless, it still fell outside of the 30 day window. So our services were still null and void and we were still out hundreds of dollars (and still with fleas). We contacted the company regarding these issues via email in mid-December and we were told the email was forwarded to a manager. I’ve followed up once since then and here we are at the end of January and we still have yet to have these issues acknowledged by anyone in the company. Side note, the lawn service person that I had been working with said we could add flea prevention to our regularly scheduled lawn care for an additional $20/month, we agreed to the added service, except we’re being charged $35?? Inconsistency, incompetence, frustration, and unprofessionalism at every turn.

Turner Pest Control came out about three months ago to handle a rodent problem at our house. They did all the necessary closures and trappings, but we began to hear activity again. Mark from Turner came out and worked diligently to find and close any other openings on the property and to set new trappings. We have since noticed a marked decrease in activity. We very thankful that when we call Turner to come out, they are right on top of it.
