No long waiting for services; once I called I felt that they listened to issues, gave feedback and transparent about prices/services. Technicians were courteous and on time. Let me know when arrived and completion of work to include details about services performed. So far so good and took care of issues very quickly! They were recommended to me and I will definitely refer the company to the next homeowner as well.

3 stars overall for pest control and termite bond. Intermittent visits for pest control and they never sweep the eves around the outside lights where bugs gather. As for today's visit for our annual termite inspection, it was great, Jim was excellent 👍. Professional and knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me more services or anything either which is a plus! He was on time and his inspection was thorough but completed quickly so it didn't tie up half my day.
