I want to say their service has become average at best. They use to have the best service and quality products. I’ve been using them since 2012 and when I moved to South Florida in 2018, I was happy when they started to provide service there. I am now back in Jacksonville and I have been using them since July the quality is bad. Weeds are towing rampant and the techs don’t seem to know their stuff like they use to. Not sure what’s going on but I’m looking for a new service provider with better quality. It’s not like Turner is cheap.

This is the first time that I have used Turner. I had shopped around quite a bit before I stumbled across their competitive prices, and proficient staff. It all started with a phone call to representative, Barbara. She was excited about the work that Turner Pest Control does, and shared her confidence with me, and assured me the best price for the sq. ft. of my home. She ensured that the technician would be knowledgable and timely, and that they would rid my home of the pest that had been popping up. When the technician assigned to my area showed up he was on time, and early by five min. He was dressed professionally, introduced his self, and was very knowledgeable, not only did he know about the pest, but he knew about their product! I was very pleased with his friendly attitude and willingness to take the time to hear my "bug" stories, or should I say nightmare! (I hate the occasional bug and never want to see them again). Anyways, I believe that this company has been in business for this long because of their hard work, dedication to customer service, and their passion to keep your home, and my home safe for our families to live in while exterminating pests. Thank you Turner Pest Control. Thank you Barbara and Casper!
