Spencer came out to treat the exterior of our house and did an excellent job. He greeted us upon arrival, and after asking what specific issues we had since the last visit, thoroughly explained what he would be doing. He took his time to make sure there wasn’t anything missed and made sure to get it all taken care of.

I have a monthly service now which is SO much more affordable then only calling when the problem is too big. After the service, I receive a detail report of what was done, any suggestions or anything additional they recommend (and why they would recommend it) - and this all happens while I’m at work! They are efficient, friendly and handled the major ant problem I had with ease. I am moving and plan on transferring the service to keep up with preventive pest/infestations.

Turner handles our pest and lawn services. They always call in advance and follow up when they are onsite. Melanie is our technician and she is great with follow up and resolution of any issues we have.

This months tech... Robert Anderson...did a great job. The service is a hit or miss depending on who comes out. But Mr Anderson went above and beyond. He was also very polite and helpful. He should be training the new guys on how it's done.
