Chris is friendly and polite and always makes sure that he's addressing any concerns I might have. I'm extremely impressed with his professionalism. Was skeptical at first due to it was who our builder used & I'm not a fan of our builder, but they've won me over. Once I started watering the yard as much as they recommended, it looks very nice now and their pest control is top-notch especially the customer service and my rep Tami Sisson who was very patient with me when I was not grasping basic mathematics.
