Not only was he courteous and professional, he helped me get the service moved to a different time to accommodate me due to an unexpected appointment I had. Very responsive. Ask for Scott (I think his last name starts with a “B”). He was awesome!!!

Spencer came to do quarterly service. He was prompt, and very courteous! He asked me questions regarding "summer southern bugs", and asked if I had any concerns about anything pest control related. I’m a Realtor and I had a property that was a listing of mine that the home inspector said had evidence of droppings. Called on Thursday and John came out Sat. morning and provided me with a letter which I needed to close on Monday. There was no charge for his evaluation. I appreciated how prompt he was and calling to let me know what he found. I have Turner Pest on my own house and my tech, Jason, has always been prompt to come out if I see any bugs. Jason is very friendly and professional. Jason listens to me and takes care of all the insect problems promptly.
