This company is terrible. I called to get an estimate, they sent a technician and got a quote. I decided to get their service and I got charged twice in a month. When I called they couldn’t find my account and when they did I was told it would go towards the next month. Next month I got charged again and didn’t get any service. I called again and they said they would give me a refund. After a month, I didn’t see a refund until I called again. They lost my service due to fake charges, and terrible customer service.

I recently had to schedule a special call for treatment. As usual, Turner is always ready to come out if you have any problems in between service dates. The technician who serviced my account was Rob Kemp and he provided excellent service. He was extremely knowledgeable and great t work with. He spent time listening to my problem and then took great time and care to address my issues. Would highly recommend him.
