We've been customers of Turner's Pest Control for 15 years and have had quite a few techs over the years. Today is the first time Megan serviced our home and I was very impressed. She was very thorough, and did some things I haven't seen other techs do. She also spent more time on our property than we are accustomed to. Sure hope Megan will continue to be our tech for a long time.

Turner is a local company with a live person who answers the phone. They are prompt in handling any issues that arise. However, we rarely have any issues. Great customer service! I highly recommend them over any national companies.

We've had Turner Pest Control for several years and have been very satisfied with their service. We very much liked the previous rep who serviced our home, Amy Biel, so when we were assigned a new rep, we were cautiously hoping that we'd continue to get good service. We had nothing to worry about, however, for DAVID BRITT has given us excellent service! He is thorough in his responsibility to us, which we greatly appreciate. In addition, he is mannerly and polite, a very respectful young man. We are comfortable having him in and around our home! Thank you, Turner Pest.

I would leave less stars if possible. I paid a $49 "startup" fee and then $69 for a lawn treatment. They initially came out and all they did was fertilize which made my situation worse. I then called them and they told me they would have a tech come out on 4/6 for a "spot treatment" to take care of my weeds. They claim they came out. They never did. I was home all day with a sick puppy. There was no sign left in the yard, my cameras did not pick up any movement, and my weed situation is not improved. They completely lied and took my money.
