Warning for new home owners: this company is not forthcoming about the product/service they are offering. I am paying $150/month for pest control and lawn service, as well as got the termidor done. It was not explained to me that the termite service covers only subterranean termites, and not dry wood termites. Josh did not explain this to me when he sold me the service. In addition, I was already billed for a service not provided, and had to call to get it corrected. Do yourself a favor and call Massey instead.

Our account executive, Josh was great to work with and very responsive. He came out and looked at the house during a scheduled appointment we could not make it to, then came back less then a week later to look inside before providing a full confirmed quote. He provided great pricing and took numerous phone calls from us discussing the transfer of the termite bond from the previous owner to us. This included the break down of the pricing and what it was for including what was covered from the previous homeowners plan.

Josh went out of his way to help me; he was very patient and polite. He never rushed me nor overlook my concerns. I asked him how I can let someone know about his performance he said humbly that I would get a survey which I never did. Please don’t let this go unnoticed, because I won’t. He took the time to educate me and make the process of re-establishing the bond a better experience by working with me on the pricing so my oversight would be less painful.
