This company is a mess, I have tried to email and call regarding a charge that went to my credit and no one is responding back. When I had services with them they also never came out to my home and still charged for service. Please ensure you are there when they come out. I am a property manager and will never recommend them to any of my properties. Update- I sent an email as of the 2nd of this month and have yet to hear back. This company is not very good at all. BEWARE.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

Warning for new home owners: this company is not forthcoming about the product/service they are offering. I am paying $150/month for pest control and lawn service, as well as got the termidor done. It was not explained to me that the termite service covers only subterranean termites, and not dry wood termites. Josh did not explain this to me when he sold me the service. In addition, I was already billed for a service not provided, and had to call to get it corrected. Do yourself a favor and call Massey instead.

Turner Pest Control gave me a price of $3700 Bedbug Heat treatment and not to get rid of my headboard. They never followed through to check to make sure they were gone. When I call for more help they would not return unless I paid more. I will never recommend their services for anything. Pure 91% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle works better.

I have had an ongoing issue with Turner Pest Control and I want this documented clearly. Last year I was told I needed either a lump sum payment for my termite bond or a year of monthly treatments because of work done in my backyard. I did not have thousands to pay upfront, so I chose the year plan. That plan should have ended in September. In July I started emailing to confirm that my service would not auto renew and I wanted it canceled. I received almost no response. I asked multiple times for written confirmation and could not get a clear answer. They eventually emailed me saying they would refund my last month. I received that refund, but they continued billing me anyway. I sent emails both months asking why I was still getting invoices. I received no response until the most recent one where I was told a manager was trying to call me because they wanted to talk about downgrading my service. I have been extremely clear that I am canceling. I do not want to downgrade. I do not want sales calls. I want written confirmation. Instead they have ignored my cancellation requests, continued to bill me, and tried to get me on the phone to sell me something else. This is unacceptable. I am documenting here, in addition to my emails and the requests on their website, that I am canceling my service and that Turner Pest Control has made this process unnecessarily difficult.

I loved Turner. Pest Control had them for almost four years And Theresa, my service provider is amazing. I’ve been on a monthly plan For all these years and switched over from the previous sellers which cost $150 just to transfer. Fire ants have been our biggest problem And unfortunately, regardless of how many times I have them come out it never works. I was bit up repeatedly and swollen, which is why I was paying for the surface In the first place, so I canceled and they went on to tell me that they already did a “service” that month which is 375 and I still owe it even though I had paid that month and the month after cancellation. I try to explain the situation and let them know. The service never worked I was told I could cancel at And I was on a normal monthly plan. They’re unwilling to work with a customer and regardless of the ridiculously $$$ treatment did it job or not to bad I still owe them. Based on the service provider, I always recommend her, though Customer service and results at Turner Pest Control absolutely not!

I want to say their service has become average at best. They use to have the best service and quality products. I’ve been using them since 2012 and when I moved to South Florida in 2018, I was happy when they started to provide service there. I am now back in Jacksonville and I have been using them since July the quality is bad. Weeds are towing rampant and the techs don’t seem to know their stuff like they use to. Not sure what’s going on but I’m looking for a new service provider with better quality. It’s not like Turner is cheap.

Became dissatisfied with their lawn care service. Still getting new growth of weeds and even after visits, new growth of weeds continued. Went to cancel service and apparently we were on a payment plan for our pest control (was not aware) So I am still going to be charged for services not received (November, December and January pest services). Additionally customer service did absolutely nothing to try and keep me as a customer. Filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. Taking money for services not received is theft!

Cancelled service, then they continued to bill me and sent to collections months after cancellation. Super shady way to make a dollar. Always had a bug problem even with Turner. Sales rep also told me had sub and dry wood termite bond, then come to find out only had subterranean. Shop around and look elsewhere. New pest control provides more service, less expensive, way less shady.

Very disappointed in my termite reinspection for the year only took him six minutes did not even go into the garage or check the bathroom panels didn’t use his hands to move. Anything just walked around and looked. Didn’t even walk around the house. I asked my daughter to ask him if he checked certain things And he had to Google them on his phone. The last few guys that we had it took them over 30 minutes or more to do everything but on his paperwork, he wrote his time in and timeout wrong so it makes me wonder what I paid for, and if he even looked for any termite activity, I feel like I paid almost $300 for six minutes. Do not feel that I got my moneys worth not sure if the guy was new or if he had been trained the right way, but even have him on video saying that it’ll take less than 10 minutes to do a normal termite inspection on a small house takes about 30 minutes And on bigger houses it could take up to two hours. Makes me wonder if I made the right choice.

I had use this company for a few years with no major issues. until recently I had to move and they needed to come pick up the termite equipment. The guy scheduled a date to pick up the equipment, which happened to be the same day my movers were coming, but Turner Pest guy came to my door telling me he's there to pick up the equipment. I told him it was in the garage and then I never saw him again until a week later I'm getting a bill saying I owe them over $200 for this equipment because the tech did not notate that he picked the equipment up from my house even though I verbally spoke with the guy. I've called and spoke to them multiple times explaining the situation and they're still trying to say I owe them over $200 for equipment that I no longer have and their tech picked up. I would not recommend them they're dishonest and only out for the money and I will not be using their services with my new house.

Double charged me. Refused to issue refund, so I asked to apply overpay to my account and cancel immediately after credits had been used, which was 60+ days notice. I got a different company, as my yard was looking bad and we had pests in our home. Continued to send me bills, after I cancelled. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, and had proof of my cancellation, still refused to delete the fraudulent invoice for after my cancellation and SENT me to collections. Now I am disputing it with the collection agency and credit reporting agency, as my 835 credit score dropped into the 700s. I'm furious. Bad service. Dishonest. Run away

Emailed to cancel my service November 18th. I was paying $75 a month for their service and a neighbor gave me the name of a company that charged half that amount. In an email, Turner employee told me that I had to schedule a visit to cancel contract, which I did. Two men showed up at my home and said in order to redo my contract, I had to pay $300 for another inspection. I told them they had done an inspection 2 week prior as part of the service I was already paying for. Then they said in order to cancel my contract, I had to pay $300. I asked them to leave my property and emailed Turner and told them to cancel my account. They keep charging my credit card even though I notified them in writing I cancelled their service Fortunately, my credit card company has refunded me. I do not recommend this company. They use intimidation and can't keep their story straight about how to terminate a contract.

The worst pest control company there is, our technician refused to spray our home not once but twice and put down she did, so therefore led us to cancel and now are telling us we have to pay for 3 months after canceling or it’s going to a collection agency. So I had no choice but to pay. Claimed the “GPS” showed the driver was at my house…… I work from home trust me I know who’s at my house. Disgusting. They will also increase your prices without informing your. If you are considering working with Turner Pest Control, RUN! If you work with Turner, please confirm they are billing your correctly.

All of a sudden, even though they've been taking out $63 per month from my bank account, it seems that I had a balance due, for an additional 2 months. Needless to say, this didn't sit well and I voiced my displeasure. Will NEVER suggest them again, to anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service!

While this company did a good job maintaining my yard, their business practices are not so good. I canceled my service beginning of November because I moved out of state. Received an email that the service is canceled and the account closed. Today I notice they debited my account for the service that was canceled over a month ago. Called and they stated they have refunded my money, which they have not done. My bank account only shows the money taken out and no money refunded. If the account was closed why do they still have my card on file. I'd think about using another company that is honest with their business practices.

Their techs are very professional, speak and act knowledgeably, and have a good education as well as practical experience in every area of pest control. We have shopped around, but have never found any combination of service and price that beat this company. We strongly recommend that you try Turner.

Now threatening collections because we refuse to pay the auto renew that we asked to end over a year ago. There’s lots more about customer service but we’ll leave it there. Worst customer services. On there website it states we can cancel when ever. That is not true they are wanting to charge 800on top off the 1000 we already paid for in the beginning. They never prayed for mosquitos when we had the service they did not charge us either but they went two months without the service we signed up for. They can pick and choose when they give us the full services we ask for but in return will give you horrible customer service. There sceduleing has been a joke and it definitely is not worth the money.

I have never been SO disappointed in a company as I am Turner. I didn't have much of a choice because my home builder hired them to do the Termite protection. So, after meeting initially with the Tech (Mike) - I also signed up for the lawn and bug treatment. (After this meeting I was told by my builder that they had already paid for the Termite protection for the first year... so I spent $650.00 as I was misled by the Tech! My lawn is now FULL of weeds and dead spots, they don't show up as promised or scheduled..... I have YET to see an "inside" guy to put down anything... I have sent email after email... even RESPONDED to an email because they can't "process my card" - and have STILL not gotten a reply. They are HORRIBLE and the WORST mistake I ever made was signing the contract they are now in BREACH OF.... EDITED to say that I got an email today cancelling my service - and telling me I owe them $315.00 for services they did NOT complete. They did a total of 2 lawn services...and destroyed my yard. Lawn service is $45.00 a month, and interior bug service $60.00 (which they NEVER did since I signed the contract on March 7th) - I will have to pay WAY more then that to FIX what they did!

We currently use Turner for indoor pest control services, lawn care services, and additional outdoor flea prevention services. The only service I can say we have had any luck with was the indoor pest control services – and that is solely based on our technician, Kyle, who is no longer with the company. The one consistent aspect of this company is the unprofessional way that every single thing is handled. We pay for full yard treatment and for our last appointment, the technician didn’t even enter our backyard. I was home to witness it first hand, checked our camera footage to confirm he didn’t go into the backyard in case I somehow missed it, and the service paperwork confirms he was only on our property for 10 minutes. Another major issue is that they fail to follow up on required appointments. Outdoor flea treatment requires two applications within a 30 day period. They hadn’t returned for the 2nd treatment within that timeframe, therefore negating the first treatment. When I called to see how they were going to resolve this issue, the gentleman helping me said I didn't have an appointment scheduled and would forward me to a manager. The manager then tells me that I do have an appointment - for "tomorrow" and that the gentleman before didn't see it on the calendar. However, we never received any communication regarding our appointment having been scheduled for that day, and regardless, it still fell outside of the 30 day window. So our services were still null and void and we were still out hundreds of dollars (and still with fleas). We contacted the company regarding these issues via email in mid-December and we were told the email was forwarded to a manager. I’ve followed up once since then and here we are at the end of January and we still have yet to have these issues acknowledged by anyone in the company. Side note, the lawn service person that I had been working with said we could add flea prevention to our regularly scheduled lawn care for an additional $20/month, we agreed to the added service, except we’re being charged $35?? Inconsistency, incompetence, frustration, and unprofessionalism at every turn.

I used this service to get rid of an ant issue I had. Was told when I called to sign up that it was $99 to start service and $45 for the first visit. And the first visit included a 2 week follow up. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid the first $99 and $45 for someone to come out. They were amazing and the issue was resolved before the follow up visit. At that point I called and cancelled my subscription. The next month I was charged $45. I called to ask why I was charged as I had cancelled my subscription. They told me they would reach out to the billing department and get back with me. They never did. I reach out on their online chat and explained the situation . They “apologized” for the fact I was given the wrong information and that I was responsible for a past due balance of $90. I told them I am not responsible for any payment that I did not agree to or authorize. They said I could reach out to a manager if I’d like and disconnected the chat. So I had to call my bank to reverse the unauthorized charged. Support and billing were disrespectful and rude.

I would leave less stars if possible. I paid a $49 "startup" fee and then $69 for a lawn treatment. They initially came out and all they did was fertilize which made my situation worse. I then called them and they told me they would have a tech come out on 4/6 for a "spot treatment" to take care of my weeds. They claim they came out. They never did. I was home all day with a sick puppy. There was no sign left in the yard, my cameras did not pick up any movement, and my weed situation is not improved. They completely lied and took my money.

I work for a local homebuilder. We have used Turner Pest Control for as long as I can remember, at least 15 years, to pre-treat our new homes during construction and a final treatment after construction is complete. They come when scheduled, their paperwork is automated and easy to download. Their services are reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

Worst company in service to customer completely. We have been with them for many years. At the start of 2020 they convinced us to upgrade to a bigger plan. They tangled us in a web of lies. Now everytime we call for service it is directed to leave a message and they never get back. We need the service at my property because we now have tons and tons of fire ants and mosquitoes. This is what I'm paying for automatically but can not get the service. This is extremely unacceptable for a client to have to feel this way about a company that is stealing from the customer.

When I originally signed up for service with Turner, a few months after purchasing my new home, I was told that I needed to pay a one time start up fee, along with $35 each month to remain active. I VERY SPECIFICALLY asked if I would be able to cancel my account at any given time without any additional fees, and I was told yes! I was told we were able to call for service at anytime, which the $35 / month covered. After doing my own research, and continued issues with water bugs/outdoor roaches getting into our home, we decided to cancel with turner in September of 2020, after I already paid my $35 for that month. I was told I would need to still pay for oct, nov and dec, a total of $105, in order to cancel. This is completely different from what I was told when I first decided to choose this company for service (there's always a catch). I told the rep in Sept that I needed to speak with a manager about this, as I was given false info when I first became a customer. Today is December 23rd, 2020 and I have yet to receive a call from Turner's management to address this issue, and NO CALLS at all. Every single time I try calling Turner, even while still a customer, the wait time is over 30 minutes and it's absolutely ridiculous. Called again on 12/22/20 and was told manager is busy and would call me. Still no call. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

This company is terrible. I called to get an estimate, they sent a technician and got a quote. I decided to get their service and I got charged twice in a month. When I called they couldn’t find my account and when they did I was told it would go towards the next month. Next month I got charged again and didn’t get any service. I called again and they said they would give me a refund. After a month, I didn’t see a refund until I called again. They lost my service due to fake charges, and terrible customer service.

We moved to the area in 10/2017 and Turner was recommended by an acquaintance! I always pay for my service up front annually and did so twice however in the last six months we got two different technicians that were at our residence less than 20 minutes each time and we were seeing more and more pests in and around our home! I decided to shop around as we have multiple rental properties where we use other pest control companies! I hired another company because of their reputation and work on some of our other properties! Ironically enough I am gone from mid October through mid December and am in parts of the country with no cell service I returned today 11/12/2019 to find that even though they haven’t been paid they think they have an eternal contract and can bill $195 for a visit forever! This is unacceptable and my attorney will be addressing this issue!

I will never recommend this company. I contacted Turner after seeing a couple of dead bugs in my house. I wanted to spray for good measure. Customer service was very nice and helpful and the price really wasn't bad. The technician did arrive on time and was also very polite and professional and he did do a thorough investigation in my home to make sure the wasn't an infestation. There wasn't and of course I was relieved. At first I was very happy with the company and had a peace of mind that my home was being defended for critters. A month or so later, I saw a few bugs again in my kitchen, so I called and they sent someone right out. But the technician only sprayed in my kitchen where I saw critters and no where else. That agitated me a little, but whatever. That's where I was seeing them so I didn't fuss. A couple of weeks later I noticed ants getting into kitchen. Which was bizarre because they were suppose to spray all around the house 20-30 ft for ants. And I still had ant beds around my yard. After about 9 months I was done paying money for something that was not working. Since then I have noticed bugs in my kitchen more regularly. I took matters into my own hands and purchased Bengal. I saw bugs coming out of nowhere just dying. Which is a horrific scene to see since I only saw one or two every day or two. I am convinced that these pest have been here the entire time Turner sprayed my house (Kitchen twice). Don't waste your money. They don't do as promised. Buy Bengal! For inside and outside your home. It's cheaper in the long run then paying for someone to come to house and still not see results. Also, even though I cancelled my services before my monthly dues were due, and before someone was suppose to come my house again, they still charged for me two months worth of service. Which is also ridiculous. So Turner, you will get your money when I see fit to send it.

Our meeting with Frank, a sales representative, was great. Our initial lawn and mosquito services were scheduled and chemicals were applied within a week. However, since our initial application in February, we have not received any sort of service. Our lawn service is supposed to be every other month and our mosquito service is supposed to be every month. Our account online indicates that there are appointments scheduled, but once that day passes, the date gets moved to the next month. While this is happening, our credit card keeps getting billed for service, even after I removed it from our account online. In addition, our next door neighbor also hired Turner for their lawn service and while the tech was applying chemicals, he had destroyed a piece of our shared fence and did not notify our neighbors nor us. Our security cameras captured the whole event. It has been rather difficult to get a hold of a manager to resolve these issues.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. They are friendly, informative, and professional. The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. The woman I spoke to from customer service was excellent as well. I contacted another pest control company before Turner and they didn't respond until after my home was treated by Turner. I would highly recommend they to anyone. Very affordable as well.

I was unhappy with the color and fullness of our yard about a year ago. I spoke with Turner to get their prices and was surprised by how cheap it was compared to other companies. I'm even happier to see that they've done such a good job with our yard. We've gotten multiple compliments on our grass as spring returned this year. The best part is the peace of mind to know that if any issue occurs, we just have to reach out and they'll handle it for us.
