Last year I was caught off guard when I found out that each year was an additional $300 for a yearly inspection. Knowing that this year. I was already expected it and was ready for it. Today’s service by Scott was very professional and courteous and explained everything to us. Not so much in the past! Keeping your termite bond up to date is critical in the event of an incident. Thank you Scott for explaining the program to us correctly.

For some reason, this company is the only one (out of 3 others I tried) that actually works for my lawn. They must carry the super herbicides and fertilizers compared to the others... They are always prompt and professional. Well priced. They send the same tech for each service so they "know" the lawn they are treating. Michael is my tech - he's thorough and knowledgeable. They communicate before each service and it's easy to reach a live person. They listen when you address concerns around the yard and come up with solutions to rectify them. I was about to pull up the .3 acre of Zoysia grass and go with St. Aug but thankfully, I found Turner Pest Control. They turned my struggling lawn into something that the neighbors complement on!

When he had completed the visit he left a Turner sign in the yard, emailed me a summary of his findings and said I would receive an invoice soon. I have had an ongoing issue with Turner Pest Control and I want this documented clearly. Last year I was told I needed either a lump sum payment for my termite bond or a year of monthly treatments because of work done in my backyard. I did not have thousands to pay upfront, so I chose the year plan. That plan should have ended in September. In July I started emailing to confirm that my service would not auto renew and I wanted it canceled. I received almost no response. I asked multiple times for written confirmation and could not get a clear answer. They eventually emailed me saying they would refund my last month. I received that refund, but they continued billing me anyway. I sent emails both months asking why I was still getting invoices. I received no response until the most recent one where I was told a manager was trying to call me because they wanted to talk about downgrading my service. I have been extremely clear that I am canceling. I do not want to downgrade. I do not want sales calls. I want written confirmation. Instead they have ignored my cancellation requests, continued to bill me, and tried to get me on the phone to sell me something else. This is unacceptable. I am documenting here, in addition to my emails and the requests on their website, that I am canceling my service and that Turner Pest Control has made this process unnecessarily difficult.

I’ve used Turner Pest control for years now. They treat the outside of the house. I’ve never had any issues with bugs however not long ago, we bought a new refrigerator from a discount appliance store, the fridge was great, but came with some unwanted little pests that took up a home behind the fridge. One day I started to see these nasty little bugs running out from under it. I called Turners and they sent someone right out to treat. And they came back every 2 weeks to retreat until the problem was gone! Fantastic service.and no more bugs for me!

Purchased the weed and grass treatment plan. Our camera showed a technician came to do a treatment but because nobody was home he left the sign in the grass as if it was treated, but didn't do anything and left. I have contacted the company 3 times by phone and email and was promised a call back by the technician but nothing was returned or done. I have heard from neighbors that they have had similar experiences. Over priced and under delivered. Poor poor business and unethical behavior.

I rarely leave reviews but I really appreciated the wonderful service I received. I called to inquire about services for a home that was infested and had been empty for months with no working A/C. Someone came out only two days later (I think his name was John, he was GREAT by the way!) and talked to me about the process. They were even able to get someone out to me a few hours later to immediately get started. The person that came out (William) was also amazing. He explained the process to me even more and offered helpful tips to help with my issue. I cant wait to see how things turn out, but I am very confident in my decision. So far, I am glad I chose Turner Pest Control.

I moved in into my new home a year ago and was advised that Turner was the company that my builder recommend for my termite bond. I contacted them and set up an appointment for someone to come out and explain their service. A person did and gave me a comprehensive explanation on what the tech would do on the first visit and thereafter.. A most knowledgeable, helpful and efficient tech named Chad Ream arriveda few weeks later. He madeus feel comfortable from the initial visit. Because of the reasons listed earlier I have not hesitated to referee Turner to my new neighbors and friends and suggest that they request Chad Ream as their service tech(he is awesome). I hope Turner knows what hat an excellent employee this guy really is. Thank you Turner and Chad

Josh Harris is an excellent representative of Turner Pest Control. I had my termite bond lapse and did not understand the importance of it. He took the time to educate me and make the process of re-establishing the bond a better experience by working with me on the pricing so my oversight would be less painful. As long as Tab is on staff you will have my business. I havent met another professional like him. Very personable and knowledgeable about all aspects of his job. Not only that he went out if his way to explain things to me, give me advice and gave me plenty of information and things to do to help our situation. This is a guy who cares and has the company interests first in my eyes and wants to keep customers.

We have Turner Pest Control for our yard and home. Our technicians are AMAZING!! Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are informed and keep us in the know! If you are looking for great service, TURNER is for you!! Today we had our yard sprayed and our Tech Cash, knocked on our to let us know that he was here and and explained what he did....you just don't get service of this level anywhere else!!

We have been a customer for a several years and have been so very happy with the outstanding service. There have been times where we have had some critters show up inside and outside and they always responded to our calls within a few hours outside our normal service time. Spiders, our nemesis, were constantly making appearances but since Turner made a special trip out here we haven't seen a live arachnid since! Black Widows are scary!! Thanks Turner Pest for always being there for us and for the personable, friendly service! Highly recommend!!

We have had a great experience since we moved in our new home in September. We also just added lawn service from Turner pest. Any time we have a lawn or bug issues they come out to our house within a day or two. Everyone is very friendly and always helpful. Thank you for all you do .

I don't usually get to talk with the service guy when he comes and missed his name, but he was friendly and efficient and answered my questions very clearly. I doubly appreciated it because we had electricians here at the time and I was distracted by the activity around us. The service man did an excellent job, leaving written suggestions which helped tremendously.

Have been a customer of Turner Pest Control for a few months now. The few times I have had to call about a problem, they come right out and get the problem fixed. I had another great service experience with Chad Jester this morning. Chad was at my house at the time of our scheduled appointment, and he addressed my issue in a timely and efficiently manner. Chad Jester is always very professional, thorough, and willing to answer all of my questions. It is a real pleasure to do business with him. Turner Pest Control techs are a wealth of knowledge!

Turner Pest Control technician, Richard, performed the quarterly service on my home last week, and left me a voice mail message detailing the work that he had done, and also alerted me to a problem with the gutters that I was not aware of. I was referred to TPC by a friend, as we are new to the area and our house, so I had high expectations. i know "things happen", but I can't tolerate promises with no communication follow up. He came out as promised & was very helpful and informative. Very nice guy. As he was leaving, he even volunteered some contacts to help with the move, and indicated that if we "needed anything" to give him a call, and he could probably help. He promised his contact info and a quote, along with the referrals he promised, by email that evening. No email. I even called the office when I was ready for the moving help and asked to have him call me, indicating to the receptionist that I had never gotten the quote or referral info. No call back. No communication? No follow thru? No business. No positive review.
