Not very happy with the service provided. Tech came in for spiders and left all the webs everywhere. Spilled chemicals at the front entrance on a new carpet and couldn’t even clean it up. C’mon!!

We’ve been extremely disappointed with our care service. We added flea treatments after a case of fleas- I swear they did it once and never again. On top of the fact my dogs seem to be allergic to whatever they used to “treat” the lawn which never seemed to be treated and only continued to die regardless of how much we took care of it. Every time someone showed up it was never the same service and always seemed half done. Once we called to express that while I was home after explicitly asking for a specific service on our porch that was not done - I work from home and was in a meeting. My husband called to ask why they didn’t complete the service. The dispatcher was beyond disrespectful calling me a liar. Earlier this week when we called to cancel the lawn service we were told an AM would be calling us back to discuss and ask why. This “AM” is honestly a disgrace to this company because he called and was nothing but nasty to my husband demanding we still owed money after someone else had told us we could cancel at anytime. We agreed to pay for the most recent treatment but nothing else which only seemed to incite rage into this “AM” (maybe a commission thing?) Only after threatening to get a lawyer involved were we reached out to by the supervisor John who did his best to rectify the situation. Honestly he was wonderful in handling the situation and were very appreciative for him. But based on our experiences without him in it we have found a new company, and would NOT recommend Turner Pest to anyone. I’m appalled at how so many situations were handled here for no reason other than a lack of wanting to admit poor workmanship. Thank you to John for making the situation right. But if you want good service worth your money every month- Turner is not it.

Timothy spent 10 minutes at our house and did a crappy job. The service I pay for is over 200 dollars a quarter. So 200 for 5 minutes of not doing what they are paid to do.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

Turner Pest Control gave me a price of $3700 Bedbug Heat treatment and not to get rid of my headboard. They never followed through to check to make sure they were gone. When I call for more help they would not return unless I paid more. I will never recommend their services for anything. Pure 91% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle works better.

UPDATE/EDIT (Sept. 7, 2025)- They said they would reach out. They have yet to do so, they also came and removed their equipment recently. Waiting to see if the refund does happen for the equipment. No refund has been offered after the one time service that I was not told would have a cost when making the appointment, during the appointment, or after the appointment....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I now know why my neighbors used their services and it was always very short lived. The amount of money charged versus how well they complete service is incredibly lack luster, the overall experience should be negative 5 stars. I called them back a few times as they never fully wiped away the webs/cobwebs, etc around lights or corners around the doors. Even when they returned, with information of my complaint and when I told home in person, they still never would wipe away everything. The holidays had come around and I was busy with family so I called shortly after when everyone had left and needed them to come back out. When speaking with them they NEVER informed me that I was just out of my initial contract (ended Dec. 31st) and this was a couple days January when I called. They came out, never asked for payment, never told me on the phone that I needed to either extend my contract, would have to pay for them to come out, not a single comment or discussion what so ever letting me know I was going to be charged. I already knew I was not wanting to renew a contract with them. A month or two after that visit I was sent a bill. I assumed it was to renew the contract so I ignored the bill. It was for the amount of $356.00. After another email notice I called as I wanted to let them know to please stop sending I do not want to renew. I was told on the phone FOR THE FIRST TIME, that the visit in January was out of my initial contract and that was the amount due for A SINGLE VISIT! $356.00 for a SINGLE VISIT!!!!!!!!! I was never told when making an appointment that this was going to be a visit at a cost to myself, never told an amount, NOTHING!!! She apologized for the "miscommunication". They would not accept ANY fault on their side and charged the card they had on file. $356.00 for a single treatment is taking advantage of a customer. It's ABSURD!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WARNING- DO NOT USE!

Service is a joke missing cobwebs had the service for six months now and I’ve had a little sugar ants for over a month or two has had Turner come out two times and still have the same problem your service is a joke after calling to want to cancel. I was told from Jonathan that I had a six months contract that I could cancel after but after I called the lady seemed like she’s only heard of a one year contract that she didn’t know they did six months. The communication from sales and customer service is by far unsatisfactory.

Don’t get to their trap. Started $50 / month payments and then increased $60 and now $79 . All they do is pretending like they are coming to your house 4 times a year. They don’t even tell you when. They just come and if you’re not home they do it anyway without the backyard. And they count as “ quarterly pest control service “ I don’t see any improvement- have lots of bugs and flies- just buy stuff from home depot and do your own pest control. Their customer service is terrible- you call - automated response asking you options and wait for 1 hour and then you give a call back number- they never call back. Hard to cancel. Not recommended.

Turner Pest Control came out about three months ago to handle a rodent problem at our house. They did all the necessary closures and trappings, but we began to hear activity again. Mark from Turner came out and worked diligently to find and close any other openings on the property and to set new trappings. We have since noticed a marked decrease in activity. Absolute garbage of a company. I do not mind paying up for a good quality pest control but Turner Pest Control has been extremely ineffective in pest management. I have used their services for over a year now and not once have they lived up to the promise of their service they communicate up front. Billing is very deceptive and to get a hold of a supervisor in case of any issues is extremely difficult. Save your money and look for another pest control company.

Excellent office customer service and the technician who came out. With a new build next to a nature preserve, we needed help ... fast! After the initial service outside, the technician returned the next day to treat the interior. He was very thorough. He listened to all our concerns. Decided to watch security video of the Turner Pest Control visit. Shocked at what I saw. Paid $181 for the nine minute fertilizer treatment. In the nine minutes the tech placed a sign in the yard fiddled with a backpack sprayer then spot sprayed some areas of the yard. Did not assess or spray the entire yard. Now I know why my yard continues to degrade year over year despite paying a premium price. I was under the impression that they used a hose and reel from the truck and sprayed the entire yard like other companies do.

Upon returning home I found several of my gardening tools in the front lawn, the shepherd's hook that was in the garden along with the wind chimes were thrown on the ground, numerous LED lights were destroyed. This is a very untrustworthy company. I paid for an entire year of service and found out on my final month when a technician installs termite boxes without telling me anything about it that I was supposed to have them for the entire year as part of the package I signed up for. When asking management and customer service why they are being installed now after paying for one year without having them I’m told that a technician is supposed to check them every 4 months and I should have had them. So I paid for something for an entire year that I never had and technicians were supposed to be checking something that was never installed yet they were signing off for service they had never actually completed. No one I spoke to within the company seems to see a problem with this. Well I see a company that has integrity issues and is untrustworthy. If you are looking for pest control pick a company that will take pride in what they do and will ensure that you are getting everything you are paying for.

Terrible service!! They have not been in my house in years! They call the night before st around 4-6pm. Leave a recorded message they are coming tomorrow. I have called 20 times asking that they give more notice. THEY HAVE NEVER CHANGED THIS POlICY OR EXPLAINED WHY NOT! All they do is a 5 minute run around the house. Always complaining my shrubs are too close to the house. I cut them back regularly but the write continues. I service the outside of my home the day after they visit, and totally take care of the inside. When I get a chance, they’re gone.

We currently have a flea problem (no fault of Turner's) and in a panic accidentally booked a service without using our account - leaving us with a $250 charge for a service included in our existing account, and Lissa and the team at Turner were EXTREMELY helpful in immediately getting a refund out and contacting the field team to update the next-day early A.M. service. Saved us $250 and could not be more satisfied with the help! Thank you!

I used this service to get rid of an ant issue I had. Was told when I called to sign up that it was $99 to start service and $45 for the first visit. And the first visit included a 2 week follow up. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid the first $99 and $45 for someone to come out. They were amazing and the issue was resolved before the follow up visit. At that point I called and cancelled my subscription. The next month I was charged $45. I called to ask why I was charged as I had cancelled my subscription. They told me they would reach out to the billing department and get back with me. They never did. I reach out on their online chat and explained the situation . They “apologized” for the fact I was given the wrong information and that I was responsible for a past due balance of $90. I told them I am not responsible for any payment that I did not agree to or authorize. They said I could reach out to a manager if I’d like and disconnected the chat. So I had to call my bank to reverse the unauthorized charged. Support and billing were disrespectful and rude.

This company is becoming more and more unreliable. I use them because when I bought my house I had termite baits installed and signed up for a quarterly inspection /spray. They’re supposed to come quarterly and inspect my baits, spray around the outside of the home, and wipe away spider webs/nests etc. At first they were coming and doing a great job, as best as they could. If I wasn’t home they’d still go around back and do what they needed to do. As of late, they ring my doorbell and if I’m not home they do nothing. I notified the company and the lady I spoke to first was really nice and said she saw he did nothing and didn’t know why. So she rescheduled them to come out. We’ll come today, the man came out, rang my doorbell, I wasn’t home, he did nothing again. I know because I have a ring doorbell and cameras. So I contact the company once again of course frustrated because I pay a monthly fee. The lady Rachel I spoke to today was quite rude, spoke over me and was not sincere or apologetic at all. She kept saying I would get an inspection report to my email but she would notify a supervisor only after I asked. First off, I won’t get an inspection report because nothing was done, but ok. I’ll wait. Then she said he didn’t go around the back last time because of my gates. Well that was never an issue because and the gates are unlocked, had they of checked. Nobody said anything to me about that...I am at the point where I want to cancel and go with another company my neighbors use. Like where do you draw the line?

I just got off the phone with customer service, I am trying to get information about the type of service I need( inside insects). The man “helping” me seemed to be reading a script. I couldn’t get my questions answered about monthly service so I opted for the one time Option. Got everything set up and he wanted payment up front while we were on phone. I said no I don’t do business that way. He put me on hold, came back and said it had to be paid up front. I said I will use another company. I’ve used them in the past and the woman that helped me then was very helpful. Think customer service needs tweaking just a bit.

This company is terrible. I called to get an estimate, they sent a technician and got a quote. I decided to get their service and I got charged twice in a month. When I called they couldn’t find my account and when they did I was told it would go towards the next month. Next month I got charged again and didn’t get any service. I called again and they said they would give me a refund. After a month, I didn’t see a refund until I called again. They lost my service due to fake charges, and terrible customer service.

Customer service is terrible!. They always seem to have difficulty finding my account, I made 2 appointments that were no shows. Spoke to the technician, said he never received the appointments from the office. For another appointment the tech. showed up at 2 pm, the appt. was for between 8 and 8 am. Tech said that was the info. he received form the office. Made another appt. for last week. Tech was a no show. Called the office was on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up! The customer service is among the worst I have experienced. Management needs to train employees, find better employees or pay them more. The first contact a customer has with a company leaves a lasting impression. My impression is a very poorly run company.

The second visit the technician treated half of our offices and roaches appeared 4 days later. They didn't want to come and retreat, but they did. Confused, currently a Turner customer, buying a new (To me) home and called Turner for a quote on the termite bond. Clerk explained she had to set up a whole new account and not utilize my current one, I said ok but could someone call me back so I didn’t have to sit on phone. She didn’t answer but responded it will just take a minute, waited and she came back to give me appointment and scheduled it out 2 weeks, told her I didn’t want to wait that long for a price, she said ok and conversation ended. Don’t know the owner but if this is your marketing, good luck. Having said that at my current home the service delivery has been nothing but professional. Maybe they just have too much demand.

With our termite plan, we do have to send a field inspector in order to provide accurate pricing because they have to take measurements and make sure there isn't any existing termite damage. As for scheduling two weeks out, that was a mistake on our customer service reps behalf. A lot of technicians were on vacation for the holidays but she should have checked with a manager to move schedules around to get you in on the 27th or 28th. We have gone over this with her as a training opportunity but we apologize that we weren't able to get to you faster. I have lived in Jacksonville Florida for a few years now. Upon arrival, literally as our cable was being set up after moving across the country, I saw an advertisement for Turner pest control on the television. I quickly jotted down a note to call them later that day. I have been very happy, with the exception of one incident, with their services over the years up until now. That is the reason I am not giving 1 or 2 stars, because this situation arose only in the last 3-4 months of service. Now it seems they have changed technicians for our area and the quality has really went down hill. I am now even seeing insects I never saw before - it is like no treatment is being done at all. It's like they may as well be spraying water. The other techs we had in the past were efficient and friendly. They would explain things well and were thorough. EXAMPLES OF BAD SERVICE: This new guy knocked down some wasps 'mud piles' not sure what they are called- the dark gray globular things and left all the debris everywhere. He didn't sweep it away into the grass or anything - it was a huge mess right at our front door. I didn't see it until it was too late - it got tracked in the house. Gross. Another issue is that he supposedly sprayed and what not but I mostly saw him just standing around. I didn't watch him the entire time however, to be fair. We called about a spider issue - they came out, still saw them - even after the allotted time frame to give it a minute. Yes, I didn't see as many, but way more than we'd ever seen before. We called about seeing roaches - never saw roaches before and I keep a clean home. No food lying around, trash piled up etc. The insects continue to thrive in our home. Now, there are these strange long black beetle/earwig things taking over. That's the final straw. This guy has been out here 3-4 times, and this is the WORST I have ever seen our bug situation since living here and even when we moved into a house that had been vacant for many months. Before, with their service, I'd see something 1-2 times a week, at best. Never any roaches, either! Ewww! Now it is multiple times in one day that I will see something, and I'm certain I am not even seeing the half of it and I can't take it anymore. It is unfortunate, but since he is the tech assigned to our area I am now searching for a new pest control service. I called over the weekend to have a manager call me. I missed a call - I am assuming it was the manager several days later, but they never tried to call back. I'm done. Will be hiring someone else in the next couple of days. UPDATE 2: We went with another company. Problem that we've been dealing with for over 3-4 months with Turner was literally solved in 48 hrs. with new company. It's been over 3 weeks and I have not seen anything anymore. The new company saw immediately what the problem was, validated my concerns and took in depth measures to make our home safe, but inhospitable to these insects. It is so amazing and refreshing, we don't have to worry about being freaked out in the middle of the night anymore by some 6 legged creature. I am not certain what happened to Turner Pest Control, but they do not appear to be as efficient as they were when I first contracted them for our home. UPDATE: The manager did call me today, Sept. 4, and he was very pleasant and was interested in trouble shooting the matter. I do appreciate that. I try to be fair in reviews, so I wanted to let anyone reading this know that my mailbox was full, I called back but it appears he did not receive that message. Perhaps their new products are not as effective - they are trouble shooting, but I do appreciate the customer service I received regarding this matter. Thank you.

So after talking with my neighbor about how I kept on seeing spiders around my house he recommended Turner pest control. After reading some reviews online and taking his recommendation I decide to give them a call. The customer service representative that I spoke with was knowledgeable and answering any questions that I had along with being very professional and kind. She explained the whole process to me and exactly what was going to happen. Later today a technician named Lee Parsells showed up exactly on time. Extra points for that. So after the whole meet and greet I explained the situation around the home and he told me exactly what he was going to do. Lee was extremely professional and very thorough in his job. I would see him opening up light switches and other things around the house and really looking into everything. After he was done he explained what was going to happen next and asked me if I had any questions. I just wanted to take a minute out of my day to recognize Lee for his services today and I would recommend him to anyone of my friends and anyone of you that are reading this review. Extra points for Turner’s pest control being pro military.

This is my 3rd pest control company in the 8 years I've lived in Florida, and I am pleased to say it's definitely the best! They were thorough, informative, professional and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Even gave me some tips for preventative maintenance on my house, which was really above and beyond. Tab was the technician, and he couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Even when I called to set up the appointment, the person I spoke to was extremely personable, explaining all off their pricing options, and getting me a next day appointment. If their customer service continues to be this stellar, this is the only pest control company I will ever need. Great job!

I've had some issues with my lawn and shrubby. The Turner Pest Control quickly responded by sending out a Technician. The Technician, Mr. Howie (first name), responded and provided the most excellent care. He was quick to recognize the problems with the lawn and immediately began a treatment. Mr. Howie is very professional and truly cares about the homeowners’ concerns. He even stated he will keep an eye on the lawn while in the area. Now, that’s service! This is my third lawn company I’ve hired and I’m very satisfied with Turner Pest Control’s excellent service.

We are new to the area and have contracted with Turner Pest Control Our Salesperson, Don, was thorough in his explanation of all the treatments, the timing and charges involved. Our technician, Aaron, was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable of pests in our area. He even cleaned our eaves and lanai of all cobwebs and wasps nests. Yea! And he gave me a lot of great information about snakes and other pests that we might encounter since our house is situated on a pond. So far our impressions of Turner are GREAT!

I was unhappy with the color and fullness of our yard about a year ago. I spoke with Turner to get their prices and was surprised by how cheap it was compared to other companies. I'm even happier to see that they've done such a good job with our yard. We've gotten multiple compliments on our grass as spring returned this year. The best part is the peace of mind to know that if any issue occurs, we just have to reach out and they'll handle it for us.

I have used Turner for the past 10 years. I found termites around my home and Turner offered the best package. I had to take a 10 year contract with them in order to get the great price they offered for the initial treatment. That was fine as I was going to need coverage anyway. Most of my annual visits have gone well with one very big exception. One of the inspectors told me I had water damage to my back door, not termites, and he would come back later to fix it for me. The cost - $125. I stupidly handed over the cash and to make a long story short, I never saw him again. I called Turner who said I had to call him, which I did many times. The company did not want to help and I have never received my money back. I had to find someone else to fix my back door frame. My visit this year did not show up at the appointed time. He was seemingly in a workshop and I was given a new time. He arrived 20 minutes early for that one. He was pleasant and thorough . I could not be told when my contract was up for renewal, how much another treatment would cost, and I was unable to make my payment because of busy lines. I am very unsure whether I will renew with Turner or not.

I spoke to the President of the company about this and he went back in our software history to recall the incident. It was noted you contracted an employee of ours to do some work on the side for you but he never showed or performed the work. As a result of you calling us to let us know, that employee was then terminated. It appeared this happened in 2009 and those records are in storage but we were able to pull his employee file and it shows we deducted what was owed from his pay check however we don't show if we ever reimbursed you for it. As discussed when I spoke to you, you will be receiving a check for $125. We also spoke to your current technician and he said your renewal is in 2017 so we apologize if there was a miscommunication there.

First he called to update us that he was running late due to traffic and was extremely apologetic. Then my nanny, who was home with the kids, said that he was very professional and “an exceptionally nice individual.” I wanted to pass this along as I am in the customer service business and this is what I would want to hear about my employees. Turner was recommended by a neighbor whose zoysia lawn is the best looking in the subdivision. Turner sent a supervisor and tech for my first lawn service - both super professionals and friendly. The tech came by again to check on the lawn 2 weeks later. My lawn looks better after one service. Pest control guy was very good as well. Took his time and did it right!

This is the first time that I have used Turner. I had shopped around quite a bit before I stumbled across their competitive prices, and proficient staff. It all started with a phone call to representative, Barbara. She was excited about the work that Turner Pest Control does, and shared her confidence with me, and assured me the best price for the sq. ft. of my home. She ensured that the technician would be knowledgable and timely, and that they would rid my home of the pest that had been popping up. When the technician assigned to my area showed up he was on time, and early by five min. He was dressed professionally, introduced his self, and was very knowledgeable, not only did he know about the pest, but he knew about their product! I was very pleased with his friendly attitude and willingness to take the time to hear my "bug" stories, or should I say nightmare! (I hate the occasional bug and never want to see them again). Anyways, I believe that this company has been in business for this long because of their hard work, dedication to customer service, and their passion to keep your home, and my home safe for our families to live in while exterminating pests.
