Additionally, Jonathan mentioned that the details of work done will be included in the receipt, I never knew before that this information was included in the receipt.

We’ve been extremely disappointed with our care service. We added flea treatments after a case of fleas- I swear they did it once and never again. On top of the fact my dogs seem to be allergic to whatever they used to “treat” the lawn which never seemed to be treated and only continued to die regardless of how much we took care of it. Every time someone showed up it was never the same service and always seemed half done. Once we called to express that while I was home after explicitly asking for a specific service on our porch that was not done - I work from home and was in a meeting. My husband called to ask why they didn’t complete the service. The dispatcher was beyond disrespectful calling me a liar. Earlier this week when we called to cancel the lawn service we were told an AM would be calling us back to discuss and ask why. This “AM” is honestly a disgrace to this company because he called and was nothing but nasty to my husband demanding we still owed money after someone else had told us we could cancel at anytime. We agreed to pay for the most recent treatment but nothing else which only seemed to incite rage into this “AM” (maybe a commission thing?) Only after threatening to get a lawyer involved were we reached out to by the supervisor John who did his best to rectify the situation. Honestly he was wonderful in handling the situation and were very appreciative for him. But based on our experiences without him in it we have found a new company, and would NOT recommend Turner Pest to anyone. I’m appalled at how so many situations were handled here for no reason other than a lack of wanting to admit poor workmanship. Thank you to John for making the situation right. But if you want good service worth your money every month- Turner is not it.

For some reason, this company is the only one (out of 3 others I tried) that actually works for my lawn. They must carry the super herbicides and fertilizers compared to the others... They are always prompt and professional. Well priced. They send the same tech for each service so they "know" the lawn they are treating. Michael is my tech - he's thorough and knowledgeable. They communicate before each service and it's easy to reach a live person. They listen when you address concerns around the yard and come up with solutions to rectify them. I was about to pull up the .3 acre of Zoysia grass and go with St. Aug but thankfully, I found Turner Pest Control. They turned my struggling lawn into something that the neighbors complement on!

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

I want to say their service has become average at best. They use to have the best service and quality products. I’ve been using them since 2012 and when I moved to South Florida in 2018, I was happy when they started to provide service there. I am now back in Jacksonville and I have been using them since July the quality is bad. Weeds are towing rampant and the techs don’t seem to know their stuff like they use to. Not sure what’s going on but I’m looking for a new service provider with better quality. It’s not like Turner is cheap.

Michael B serviced our lawn today and addressed all my concerns regarding bare spots, lack of greens and numerous spots of weeds. We have a St Augustine lawn and due to my busy schedule, we have offloaded our lawn application duties to Turner Pest for the past year and a half. Our next door neighbor have thick, green and luscious St Augustine while ours is barely clinging on to the little green it has left. The neighbor used to have similar lawn to my current one due to neglect by tenants, but they now offloaded chemical applications to a different competitor. After 1½ years, their lawn became a sea of deep green, while mine became much worse. Honestly, I think I did a much better job when I did all chemical applications myself the first 2½ years. I don't know if this has to do with how careful the application was or if its because of a switchup in techs each visit. Some times I could not even get a visit at all, but still have the automatic monthly payment going for their "every-other-month" visit. Literally paid money for no service. Although the lawn is now about to enter dormancy, our new tech Michael assured us that with the application today and his consistent followups, we could already see some significant improvements in about a month. Tech Michael is confident that he can produce the same results, and I intend to hold him to that. Chemical applications take time and I know this first hand. We're looking forward to having Michael continue followups to ensure by next season, our Saint Augustine grass is as thick and as green as possible. Hopefully this time around, we continue to have Michael as our sole tech, and that we don't miss any more service dates. Turner Pest, your tech Michael B has retained me with you guys for another year. Will post before and after pictures by the end of next season, along with an updated review below.

Ants are out of control and any time you call there are “more than 10 callers ahead of you”, so you have long wait times to get an appointment. Last time I finally got through on the phone and scheduled an appointment to get the house treated, they stood us up. Lawn care service has been subpar as well. Will be switching back to bugout. Had them for 7+ years and they were fantastic.

Purchased the weed and grass treatment plan. Our camera showed a technician came to do a treatment but because nobody was home he left the sign in the grass as if it was treated, but didn't do anything and left. I have contacted the company 3 times by phone and email and was promised a call back by the technician but nothing was returned or done. I have heard from neighbors that they have had similar experiences. Over priced and under delivered. Poor poor business and unethical behavior.

I have never been SO disappointed in a company as I am Turner. I didn't have much of a choice because my home builder hired them to do the Termite protection. So, after meeting initially with the Tech (Mike) - I also signed up for the lawn and bug treatment. (After this meeting I was told by my builder that they had already paid for the Termite protection for the first year... so I spent $650.00 as I was misled by the Tech! My lawn is now FULL of weeds and dead spots, they don't show up as promised or scheduled..... I have YET to see an "inside" guy to put down anything... I have sent email after email... even RESPONDED to an email because they can't "process my card" - and have STILL not gotten a reply. They are HORRIBLE and the WORST mistake I ever made was signing the contract they are now in BREACH OF.... EDITED to say that I got an email today cancelling my service - and telling me I owe them $315.00 for services they did NOT complete. They did a total of 2 lawn services...and destroyed my yard. Lawn service is $45.00 a month, and interior bug service $60.00 (which they NEVER did since I signed the contract on March 7th) - I will have to pay WAY more then that to FIX what they did!

We used one of their competitors (Nader) for years and I didn't know what I was missing. They are detailed and thorough on making sure you're home is ruly is protected from insects and rodents. I've used Turner (formely Pro-Staff for home extermination and have been very pleased with them. This year contracted with them for lawn treatments. When I call I had very little grass and mostly weeds. The first service was a weed treatment. My lawn looked like it was dying. 2months later the returned and gave my yard a "feeding"/ fertilizer. In 2 weeks my St. Augustine started to grow and turned green. A month later my lawn is the greenest on the block and my grass is like a cushioned carpet. Thank you.. I have gotten more than I expected.

We had to let our first lawn company go because we could see changes in our lawn that we weren’t happy with. We hired Turner and today they came for our initial appointment. They said our grass had fungus (other company didn’t even note this was an issue) and the increasing patches was due to this issue. I was new to Turner Pest Control. I started with Pest Control and then added lawn services due to weeds. I was told the initial charge for the lawn was $50. I was fine with this and was charged when the tech came out for inspection. Two days later I was charged $60 for the service. I was not told I would be charged again. I canceled all my services as I don't trust them with the billing. Incorrect expectations were set and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you do business with this company be sure to ask about all charges.

This is an email from March. These pictures are from this morning. My grass is dying and the yard is full of weeds. We put new sod down last year and the year before. "Spring fertilization gives your lawn a good foundation for the summer growing season, but unfortunately, it also gives weeds a boost as well. Our yard has never looked better. Technicians are very professional. After reading some of the negative reviews on Turner, I decided to beef up my review. We have been in our home for 25 years and have used several other pest control companies in Jacksonville before settling on Turner about 7 years ago. Turner is by far the best – regarding results, professional technicians, customer service, etc. Other companies constantly bothered us with phone calls to add additional services. Other companies sent out unqualified unfriendly technicians and used inferior products. Other companies pay no attention to requests and complaints. Turner is very concerned about customer satisfaction. No company is going to be perfect and I try not to judge a company on one bad employee. I am sure employee turnover is a problem for all pest control companies, but Turner does a good job keeping employees properly trained and responding to customer feedback. We have used 4 other pest control companies and are most satisfied with Turner. No company can completely eliminate weeds and bugs in Florida, but Turner does the best (by far) that we have found. Our lawn is beautiful. I will try to post a picture. Finally, keep in mind that normally only dissatisfied customers take to the internet to complain. There are MANY more satisfied Turner customers that unhappy ones. Happy customers don't normally bother to write reviews.

The customer service is incredible. They always let me know when they will be there for service and when they are completed for the day. The technicians are very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. I am extremely satisfied with Turner and highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of pest, termite or lawn service.

I've had some issues with my lawn and shrubby. The Turner Pest Control quickly responded by sending out a Technician. The Technician, Mr. Howie (first name), responded and provided the most excellent care. He was quick to recognize the problems with the lawn and immediately began a treatment. Mr. Howie is very professional and truly cares about the homeowners’ concerns. He even stated he will keep an eye on the lawn while in the area. Now, that’s service! This is my third lawn company I’ve hired and I’m very satisfied with Turner Pest Control’s excellent service.

Turner was recommended by a neighbor whose zoysia lawn is the best looking in the subdivision. Turner sent a supervisor and tech for my first lawn service - both super professionals and friendly. The tech came by again to check on the lawn 2 weeks later. My lawn looks better after one service. Pest control guy was very good as well. Took his time and did it right!
