Pam had been wonderful! We hired turner because of a bug problem and she was diligent in returning until the problem was eradicated. Bugs have been few and far between since and she promptly returns anytime I spot one (or think I do) with a smile. Scott did our annual termite inspection today. He was able to come earlier thank our appointment time, so he reached out to offer that option if it suited us. He was professional, courteous, and thorough.

If we see a problem like sugar ants or palmetto bug, we know we can call and they will schedule us quickly for an extra treatment - but that is very rare. Jacob was great. He greeted me at the front door to introduce himself and did a great job with the bugs outside. It's extremely hot, but he didn't shy away from doing the work and trying hard to get any spider webs from the side of the house. I was very impressed with the work ethic even on such a hot day.

He checked all the termite bins and sprayed thoughly outside and on our patio where we were most concerned. He even applied snake repellant before he left. Excellent office customer service and the technician who came out. With a new build next to a nature preserve, we needed help ... fast! After the initial service outside, the technician returned the next day to treat the interior. He was very thorough. He listened to all our concerns. He explained the different treatments for bugs and critters. We opted for the maintenance plan but, so far, I can see evidence it's working.
