Aaron with turner Pest control got the job done on the inside of my new home less than an hour and made sure all walls and underneath the sinks and garage was secured from any insects and made me feel comfortable in my new home. Also I want to thank Turner Pest Control for seeing me on a Wednesday for the outside inspection and setting me up a quick appointment on Saturday morning to spray the inside of my house as I requested. So people if you have any little critters running around call Turner's Pests Control they will be there in a hurry so don't worry

Wish I could give 0 stars. Wasted 2.5 hours of my time today waiting for a scheduled appointment that no one showed up to. I had to call to see what was going on. Got put on hold for 7 minutes. Supervisor said, "technician called in sick, must have slipped through the cracks." No one apologized, just reschedule and brush it under the rug. Thanks for nothing.

They kept me for more than a week, saying every day that they would send someone for my treatment the next day. After a week, they said I had to pay in advance for someone to come. They knew I had an urgent problem and didn't care. The customer service is terrible; nobody responds or assumes responsibility. Now I have a growing pest problem and lost more than a week waiting for those liars.

Always professional and do a great job. There are a few kinks with scheduling, ie saying they will book an appt on a specific date and time, then nobody showing. Sent an email following up and nobody responded. Eventually needed to call to book appt. Happened twice. So a bit frustrating, but everything else is great.

Terrible company. We moved into a home in January and needed to transfer our termite bond into our name. We scheduled for them to come and not once, but 4 times they have canceled our appointment because a tech “was out today” garbage of a company. Every appointment we set for them to come out was canceled.

Not only was he courteous and professional, he helped me get the service moved to a different time to accommodate me due to an unexpected appointment I had. Very responsive. Called three times with multiple voicemails to have someone come out and spray the yard with no return of phone call. Finally got through to someone and they were scheduled to come out on a Tuesday and didn’t show up until Wednesday. No notification of appointment change and no communication.

Service hasn't started yet, but even just the initial inspection: Phil was on-time (early even, but with appropriate call-ahead notice) and terrifically knowledgeable about the hands-on aspects of the service, services that could and should be offered and their costs. I am actually looking forward to seeing how this goes!

I have used Turner Pest for nearly 3 years and in the last year have been terribly disappointed with their customer service. After noticing bugs in my house I looked back at when my last service was and it had been nearly 6 months. I currently pay for them to come out quarterly. I had an appointment set up, took off work, and then no one ever showed up. I called turner pest 4x with no response. Finally, I emailed customer service and received a response that the tech had a doctors appointment, again no one ever notified me. They told me that they could schedule me for another appointment 2 weeks later, which I told them this was unacceptable. They said that they would follow up. I never received a follow up, even after calling 3x. I even notified them that I wanted to cancel my service all together and STILL never received a response. They were very quick to call me when I had to cancel a lost credit card and my payment didn’t go through for the month.... I am not sure what is going on with their overall customer service department, but their management of their client base is completely unacceptable. I will be cancelling my pest & yard services with them if I am ever able to speak with a person....

Customer service is terrible!. They always seem to have difficulty finding my account, I made 2 appointments that were no shows. Spoke to the technician, said he never received the appointments from the office. For another appointment the tech. showed up at 2 pm, the appt. was for between 8 and 8 am. Tech said that was the info. he received form the office. Made another appt. for last week. Tech was a no show. Called the office was on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up! The customer service is among the worst I have experienced. Management needs to train employees, find better employees or pay them more. The first contact a customer has with a company leaves a lasting impression. My impression is a very poorly run company.

I called in on a Saturday to schedule an appointment, and spoke to a very polite and professional customer service rep in the Operations area. She was very patient while I explained my situation, and she was able to schedule service for first thing Monday morning to keep my construction schedule on track. Thanks!

Very poor customer service. We were scheduled for lawn service on 11/6 at 4 pm for lawn service and not one showed up. No one even bothered to contact us that a technician would not be coming. We waited and waited because we have dogs in our backyard that we need to put in the house when Turner comes. Then they rescheduled it between 8-12 pm on 11/8/19 and no technician showed up again. I did several follow ups with the office but nothing has been done. Just FYI, this has happened several times in the past and gave them chances but no improvement at all. Will cancel our service with them.

Lewis, who is our Turner Pest Control person for our zip 32207, is so sweet. He came to do his pest control thing and moved my trash cans up the driveway. Above and beyond customer service. They come out whenever you need them. Very flexible and accommodating. I've never had a problem with this service.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to provide pest control service for my Mom's house. I signed a contract, paid $120 for the initial service, and scheduled the first service for 8/22 at 11:00AM. I was told someone would meet me at 11:00AM on 8/22 because the initial treatment would be inside and outside of the home. I took a day off of work and drove from Orlando to Jacksonville to meet the technician for the first appointment. 11:15 comes around and no one had showed up yet. I contacted the company to follow up on my appointment. I was informed the appointment was moved to another day due to the technician calling out sick. NO ONE from the company contacted me to inform me of this BEFORE I drove 2 hours to meet them for the appointment. All anyone could offer me on the phone was an apology. There was no attempt to keep me as a customer. It was the worse display of customer service. Not only had I signed a year contract for them to treat my Mom's house, but I had also referred them to 2 family members because I liked the sales person I dealt with. I immediately canceled my contract and demanded a refund of my $120 initial service fee. What a waste of time. I will be hiring another pest control service and will not be dealing with this company again.

We were a Brandon customer for over a year. The transition has not gone well for us. First, they take our favorite person off of our route and won't allow him to come do our service any longer. Then, they send a new person who sprayed my neighbor's yard, instead of ours. I emailed them over a week ago and still have not received a response on this issue. A technician called me Wednesday saying he was on his way to service the backyard and wanted to know if he could go through the house... no, because nobody was home because we didn't know he was coming and the company still hadn't responded to my email about them servicing the wrong house. I also informed him that the technician usually schedules an appointment in advance and comes inside to spray. He said he would have someone from customer service contact me and they still haven't.

Confused, currently a Turner customer, buying a new (To me) home and called Turner for a quote on the termite bond. Clerk explained she had to set up a whole new account and not utilize my current one, I said ok but could someone call me back so I didn’t have to sit on phone. She didn’t answer but responded it will just take a minute, waited and she came back to give me appointment and scheduled it out 2 weeks, told her I didn’t want to wait that long for a price, she said ok and conversation ended. Don’t know the owner but if this is your marketing, good luck. Having said that at my current home the service delivery has been nothing but professional. Maybe they just have too much demand.

The worst service ever, on the first visit the tech text me indicating that he spayed under the house thinking that no one was keeping an eye on him. My wife was at home making sure that the job was been done and the tech didn't spray under the house. I had to call the sales rep and he went and sprayed in the areas that the tech didn't. They were supposed to go two weeks after and they never showed up, after waiting for a month I called to cancel service the customer service rep indicated that a supervisor was going to call me within 24 hrs. and it's been three weeks and I have not received a call. Don't hire this company there a bunch of irresponsible people that don't care about there customers. They offer a service that I paid and never received.

Initially the salesman sold a good story and I gave a 5-star review on the initial visit, but as the service went on they never showed up for the second follow-up appointment I had to call and reschedule that. then they never showed up for that appointment had to call again and finally somebody came out. then a couple months later I called to schedule an appointment because we started seeing some Critters again and that person was a no-call no-show. I contacted the office to expressed my discontent with the service I had gotten over the past year and all the missed appointments and she told me she would forward it to the manager and that he would be giving me a call. I was not asking for any type of compensation I was just trying to make them aware of the service or lack thereof i was experiancing .she insisted that he will contact me because this is not how they like to operate and to no surprise I've never heard a word from him. all in all not a reliable company. if they were as good as the salesman made them out to be they would probably be one of the best, but unfortunately it's been a terrible experience overall. when my contract is up I will be seeking a different company to take care of my Pest Control

We have just moved into a house that was built in the 40's and had not had pest treatment in years. We looked at google reviews and saw that Turner had the highest ratings. We gave them a call and they were able to schedule an appointment just days later. Once the service arrived ON TIME I might add, our tech, Richard (Aka: Mookie) was pleasant and open to answering any questions we had. He treated the entire house inside and out in a timely manner and even explained his actions so that we could understand what exactly he was doing. While Mookie will not be our tech moving forward ( he specifically came to our location to fit our schedule even though it isn't in his service area) I highly recommend these guys because you can tell that they actually enjoy what they do and care about you.

I been with Turner Pest Control for 6 months and I have been more than pleased with the professionalism from the Technicians I've encountered. Salesman Javier came to our home and definitely wasn't trying to rob us dry and sale us unnecessary products and services like other companies ( I wont mention any names). The technicians Raymond and Dave from the Orlando area will give you great customer service. I would give Turner Pest Control a 5 rating but, they have had some scheduling issues. But other than that I have been well pleased.

I had an appointment for a technician to come out, do an inspection, and provide a quote. On the day of the appointment, the tech called me three different times saying he was running late and if it was still ok to come out. I indicated it would be fine. The technician never came out. After a week today, I got a blank copy of the inspection report in my email. If they can't come out to do the inspection and quote for a new customer, would I trust them to perform the service correctly if I became a customer? I wouldn't!

I called and had an appointment for a tech to be at my house the next day. Tech ended up having an emergency to attend. Instead of canceling my appointment Turner sent a supervisor, who took excellent care or my home. Very nice man, he worked hard at removing a build up of mud dobber nests and spider webs. The house looks so much better!

Turner Pest said 11-1130 . At 2 minutes till 11 They arrived and I thought --if the work is like the promptness I'll be happy. Well ,they dug ,trenched ,drilled and opened things I didn't know I had.
