I was under the impression that the house would be trenched on 3 sides with bait stations in the back around the pool deck for termites. I now have unsightly stations in the front of my house in the decorative garden area. My advice is to make sure you are aware of exactly what they are installing prior to installation. Installer was courteous and installation was quick. However, I feel like they should have vacuumed up their mess for $1,488.

Someone came out only two days later (I think his name was John, he was GREAT by the way!) and talked to me about the process. I contacted them and set up an appointment for someone to come out and explain their service. A person did and gave me a comprehensive explanation on what the tech would do on the first visit and thereafter.. A most knowledgeable, helpful and efficient tech named Chad Ream arriveda few weeks later. He madeus feel comfortable from the initial visit. Have been satisfied enough with their service to keep them all this time, if that tells you anything. However, the purpose of this review is to give recognition to one of their employees that came out this morning to do the 10-year Termidor HP application. Richard Gagnon was professional, polite, courteous, and really took the time to explain the process and answer all questions. I've never had a bad experience with a Turner employee and have been pleased with anyone that I've ever worked with. However, my positive experience with Richard compelled me to take a few minutes out of my day to write this review. He's an awesome young man and if these are the "next generation" employees of the company, Turner's in great hands!

So after talking with my neighbor about how I kept on seeing spiders around my house he recommended Turner pest control. After reading some reviews online and taking his recommendation I decide to give them a call. The customer service representative that I spoke with was knowledgeable and answering any questions that I had along with being very professional and kind. She explained the whole process to me and exactly what was going to happen. Later today a technician named Lee Parsells showed up exactly on time. Extra points for that. So after the whole meet and greet I explained the situation around the home and he told me exactly what he was going to do. Lee was extremely professional and very thorough in his job. I would see him opening up light switches and other things around the house and really looking into everything. After he was done he explained what was going to happen next and asked me if I had any questions. I just wanted to take a minute out of my day to recognize Lee for his services today and I would recommend him to anyone of my friends and anyone of you that are reading this review. Extra points for Turner’s pest control being pro military.

We have just moved into a house that was built in the 40's and had not had pest treatment in years. We looked at google reviews and saw that Turner had the highest ratings. We gave them a call and they were able to schedule an appointment just days later. Once the service arrived ON TIME I might add, our tech, Richard (Aka: Mookie) was pleasant and open to answering any questions we had. He treated the entire house inside and out in a timely manner and even explained his actions so that we could understand what exactly he was doing. While Mookie will not be our tech moving forward ( he specifically came to our location to fit our schedule even though it isn't in his service area) I highly recommend these guys because you can tell that they actually enjoy what they do and care about you.

Turner Pest Control has been helping us protect our home for the last few years. The first interaction wasn't the greatest. The technician that came over was a temp and didn't even diagnose that I had brown widows in my garage. That freaked me out especially when I have little kids. They quickly sent another technician over - Michael Steinman who is such a life saver and totally changed the experience from negative to extremely positive!! Michael didn't just take care of my house. He offered his cell phone number for me to call after I came home from work. It was totally out of my expectation for him to stay on the phone with me for an hour on a Friday evening after his normal work hours explaining to me what happened and answering all of my questions. Ever since then, I never have to be concerned about any pest issues at my house. Michael always responds to our concerns right away and addresses them professionally and perfectly. Michael is so knowledgeable about what he does. Sometimes I wonder how he could remember all of it. He makes it so easy for us! We had a severe infestation of carpenter ants and I was unable to find the nest, so I decided to call in professionals. Turner was recommended to me so I thought I would try them. The two technicians, Aaron and Virgil, arrived promptly at noon of the same day I called. They were very cordial but also totally professional. I don't usually get to talk with the service guy when he comes and missed his name, but he was friendly and efficient and answered my questions very clearly. I doubly appreciated it because we had electricians here at the time and I was distracted by the activity around us. The service man did an excellent job, leaving written suggestions which helped tremendously.

Kyle Powers was great doing the original termite and pest control treatments. He was very professional and was willing to explain each and every step. I did receive an e-mail that someone was coming on Monday to do the outside bug service. We were not home so I am just assuming it was done. It would be nice if a card was left in the door after the outside service is complete. Otherwise there is no way to know the service was provided.

I talked to a local Turner Pest Control employee awhile back about areas around my condo near the marsh. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the different ways the bugs could be getting into my home. Went to some areas around St. Augustine where they are building new homes and I was impressed to see some of them mentioning these guys for future reference. I would recommend them as they are very professional and courteous and know what they are doing! Who the heck likes living with bugs!?!

Turner Pest said 11-1130 . At 2 minutes till 11 They arrived and I thought --if the work is like the promptness I'll be happy. Well ,they dug ,trenched ,drilled and opened things I didn't know I had. I wanted to let you know that today we had our annual inspection for termites. Kailon Alexander came to the house to perform this inspection. First he called to update us that he was running late due to traffic and was extremely apologetic. Then my nanny, who was home with the kids, said that he was very professional and “an exceptionally nice individual.” I wanted to pass this along as I am in the customer service business and this is what I would want to hear about my employees. We had our initial treatment yesterday - Patrick (Sheehan) was great! Very polite and helpful, he fully explained the process and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was brutally hot and Patrick doing the termite treatment had to drill every brick and a half and trench all the way around my 2600 square foot home - how brutal is that in August? He was great and he never stopped - Turner has a great employee in Patrick - without a doubt, the best decision we made was to choose Turner - only one problem - - we chose Turner to have this work done because we are selling our house and moving out of state - I wish I had known years ago about this great company.
