Warning for new home owners: this company is not forthcoming about the product/service they are offering. I am paying $150/month for pest control and lawn service, as well as got the termidor done. It was not explained to me that the termite service covers only subterranean termites, and not dry wood termites. Josh did not explain this to me when he sold me the service. In addition, I was already billed for a service not provided, and had to call to get it corrected. Do yourself a favor and call Massey instead.

3 stars overall for pest control and termite bond. Intermittent visits for pest control and they never sweep the eves around the outside lights where bugs gather. As for today's visit for our annual termite inspection, it was great, Jim was excellent 👍. Professional and knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me more services or anything either which is a plus! He was on time and his inspection was thorough but completed quickly so it didn't tie up half my day.

Zero stars if possible! Turner Pest Control has harassed me since my termite bond came up for renewal. Now since I have denied the email and phone calls they decided to send a tech out to walk around my house and do the termite inspection with no one home. I called the technician back and he quit what he was doing but he had already walked around to my back yard. Not only do I have a no trespassing sign and no soliciting sign but I also have a 70lb pit bull. What if my dog had been outside protecting his home like he is trained to? This is a serious liability. This has happened twice now!!! First guy was from the Baymeadows location and the second time the tech was from the fortune parkway location. The tech said when they do not have work the office scheduled them to do termite bond inspections with no notice to the homeowner. By the way this is a $300 service.

Kristopher at Turner Pest Control showed up to our home for a termite bond appointment that we never scheduled. He rang the doorbell but I I was on a work call and couldn’t come to the door. Instead of leaving, he decided to let himself into my backyard to do an “inspection.” At this point, I thought someone was trying to break into my home. I was home alone, and all I saw was some random man walking around my home and letting himself into my backyard through the gate unannounced. I hid in my bedroom terrified. Not only did he interrupt me while working and scare the living daylights out of me, it also just felt like a very aggressive sales tactic to show up for a termite bond renewal that I never approved or scheduled to begin with.

I was under the impression that the house would be trenched on 3 sides with bait stations in the back around the pool deck for termites. I now have unsightly stations in the front of my house in the decorative garden area. My advice is to make sure you are aware of exactly what they are installing prior to installation. Installer was courteous and installation was quick. However, I feel like they should have vacuumed up their mess for $1,488.

I love the lawn service they provide! They treat to fertilize,weed and lawn pests. My neighbors loved my lawn so much, they called and hired them to do theirs! (I also use them for incects around house, spiders, wasps,etc. And since don't see any. They also hold a termite bond on my house.). Great company.

This company is becoming more and more unreliable. I use them because when I bought my house I had termite baits installed and signed up for a quarterly inspection /spray. They’re supposed to come quarterly and inspect my baits, spray around the outside of the home, and wipe away spider webs/nests etc. At first they were coming and doing a great job, as best as they could. If I wasn’t home they’d still go around back and do what they needed to do. As of late, they ring my doorbell and if I’m not home they do nothing. I notified the company and the lady I spoke to first was really nice and said she saw he did nothing and didn’t know why. So she rescheduled them to come out. We’ll come today, the man came out, rang my doorbell, I wasn’t home, he did nothing again. I know because I have a ring doorbell and cameras. So I contact the company once again of course frustrated because I pay a monthly fee. The lady Rachel I spoke to today was quite rude, spoke over me and was not sincere or apologetic at all. She kept saying I would get an inspection report to my email but she would notify a supervisor only after I asked. First off, I won’t get an inspection report because nothing was done, but ok. I’ll wait. Then she said he didn’t go around the back last time because of my gates. Well that was never an issue because and the gates are unlocked, had they of checked. Nobody said anything to me about that...I am at the point where I want to cancel and go with another company my neighbors use. Like where do you draw the line?

When we first moved in we had scorpions dropping from the ceiling vents and they came back until they were gone. Their service people are thorough and the office staff are very helpful. Terrible, Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charged over $800 up front. Day of service two different techs come out first tech didn't complete job and told me I needed to call turner to fix. Second tech couldn't get device to work and also told me to call turner. both techs left with out any resolution from turner. I called three times in one day to get nothing fixed. Now day 4 five calls in and no one has returned my call or fixed my issues. Services only half completed. There was damage to my walls that were not fixed. A huge cement smear on my driveway where they patched a hole drilled for termite control. Stay away, worst experience.

I moved in into my new home a year ago and was advised that Turner was the company that my builder recommend for my termite bond. I contacted them and set up an appointment for someone to come out and explain their service. A person did and gave me a comprehensive explanation on what the tech would do on the first visit and thereafter.. A most knowledgeable, helpful and efficient tech named Chad Ream arriveda few weeks later. He madeus feel comfortable from the initial visit. Because of the reasons listed earlier I have not hesitated to referee Turner to my new neighbors and friends and suggest that they request Chad Ream as their service tech(he is awesome). Have been satisfied enough with their service to keep them all this time, if that tells you anything. However, the purpose of this review is to give recognition to one of their employees that came out this morning to do the 10-year Termidor HP application. Richard Gagnon was professional, polite, courteous, and really took the time to explain the process and answer all questions. I've never had a bad experience with a Turner employee and have been pleased with anyone that I've ever worked with. However, my positive experience with Richard compelled me to take a few minutes out of my day to write this review. He's an awesome young man and if these are the "next generation" employees of the company, Turner's in great hands!

Our home builder in '99, not the greatest, used this company for the initial termite treatment and bond so I continued with them initially just to renew the bond every year. When our house was about 10 year old the initial treatment expired so I could chose any company to re-treat our home and get a new bond. I stayed with Turner because the same gentleman comes to our home every year to inspect for any signs of termites when our bond in renewed. He is wonderful with my curious and highly inquisitive sons. The one time I saw a few dead swarmers in my window sill they came out immediately and treated. Their prices are competitive and service is outstanding. The fact that over the 17 year period we've been in our home, we've had the same technician tells you they treat their employees right also. I highly recommend this company :-)!

I have used Turner for the past 10 years. I found termites around my home and Turner offered the best package. I had to take a 10 year contract with them in order to get the great price they offered for the initial treatment. That was fine as I was going to need coverage anyway. Most of my annual visits have gone well with one very big exception. One of the inspectors told me I had water damage to my back door, not termites, and he would come back later to fix it for me. The cost - $125. I stupidly handed over the cash and to make a long story short, I never saw him again. I called Turner who said I had to call him, which I did many times. The company did not want to help and I have never received my money back. I had to find someone else to fix my back door frame. My visit this year did not show up at the appointed time. He was seemingly in a workshop and I was given a new time. He arrived 20 minutes early for that one. He was pleasant and thorough . I could not be told when my contract was up for renewal, how much another treatment would cost, and I was unable to make my payment because of busy lines. I am very unsure whether I will renew with Turner or not.

First he called to update us that he was running late due to traffic and was extremely apologetic. Then my nanny, who was home with the kids, said that he was very professional and “an exceptionally nice individual.” I wanted to pass this along as I am in the customer service business and this is what I would want to hear about my employees. We had our initial treatment yesterday - Patrick (Sheehan) was great! Very polite and helpful, he fully explained the process and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was brutally hot and Patrick doing the termite treatment had to drill every brick and a half and trench all the way around my 2600 square foot home - how brutal is that in August? He was great and he never stopped - Turner has a great employee in Patrick - without a doubt, the best decision we made was to choose Turner - only one problem - - we chose Turner to have this work done because we are selling our house and moving out of state - I wish I had known years ago about this great company. I would have cherished the relationship - - Wonder if they do road trips????? Thanks guys, appreciate you and your efforts!
