DO NOT HIRE For nearly a year Turner has failed to bring our yard back to life and refused to patch dead areas. We had little to no compensation and decided to go with Massey who we had a much better experience with in previous years. Upon canceling our contract, the employee hung up and we were unable to obtain all information we requested, and did not do anything to save our business.

This company is becoming more and more unreliable. I use them because when I bought my house I had termite baits installed and signed up for a quarterly inspection /spray. They’re supposed to come quarterly and inspect my baits, spray around the outside of the home, and wipe away spider webs/nests etc. At first they were coming and doing a great job, as best as they could. If I wasn’t home they’d still go around back and do what they needed to do. As of late, they ring my doorbell and if I’m not home they do nothing. I notified the company and the lady I spoke to first was really nice and said she saw he did nothing and didn’t know why. So she rescheduled them to come out. We’ll come today, the man came out, rang my doorbell, I wasn’t home, he did nothing again. I know because I have a ring doorbell and cameras. So I contact the company once again of course frustrated because I pay a monthly fee. The lady Rachel I spoke to today was quite rude, spoke over me and was not sincere or apologetic at all. She kept saying I would get an inspection report to my email but she would notify a supervisor only after I asked. First off, I won’t get an inspection report because nothing was done, but ok. I’ll wait. Then she said he didn’t go around the back last time because of my gates. Well that was never an issue because and the gates are unlocked, had they of checked. Nobody said anything to me about that...I am at the point where I want to cancel and go with another company my neighbors use. Like where do you draw the line?

When I call or email Turner they reply almost immediately! The customer service is second to none, my tech (Rick) is always friendly, polite and professional. I know that any issues that may arise will be taken care of ASAP and I enjoy a pest free home.
