We have had Turner Pest Control for over 10 years and the service has been excellent, whether it is regular quarterly pest control or handling a current bug problem. The technician has always been very friendly and courteous. They are very flexible and always work with our schedule in establishing an appointment time

Auto renewed us two years in a row when we asked not to be. Refused to refund after the first time. Now threatening collections because we refuse to pay the auto renew that we asked to end over a year ago. There’s lots more about customer service but we’ll leave it there. ABSOLUTELY DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. We are now being forced to pursue legal action.

I’ve been using TURNER pest control for the past five years and I am very satisfied with them, especially with their technician DeAndre, who has been absolutely the best that I have dealt with With that company or others. He is very thorough careful and deliberate in doing his inspection and then treatment. I watched him and I was pretty shocked that he really takes it seriously he just walk around my house acting as if he’s looking. He’s actually looking intensely to see where any problems are. I was watching him from across the street while I was walking my dogs and he didn’t see me because I was behind a car and I was like, wow that guy is really doing it. After he’s done, he explains what he’s done what he’s found and I’m telling you he’s a pro and a great guy to deal with.
