So far I am really happy with this company. The previous homeowner had Turner and I signed up a month after moving in. The 2 times I've had to call for follow up service our rep Tab has come out the next business day to take care of it. I have never used a pest control service in my prior homes. I am very selective about which companies I sign up for any type of service. I love having the peace of mind that they will come out and take care of any problem.

I had a nice visit with Scott yesterday as he set me up for quarterly service. Jacob came today. Both of them were extremely nice and very caring to make sure I knew I could always call with any type issue. Very reassuring to me as a new customer.

Customer service is terrible!. They always seem to have difficulty finding my account, I made 2 appointments that were no shows. Spoke to the technician, said he never received the appointments from the office. For another appointment the tech. showed up at 2 pm, the appt. was for between 8 and 8 am. Tech said that was the info. he received form the office. Made another appt. for last week. Tech was a no show. Called the office was on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up! The customer service is among the worst I have experienced. Management needs to train employees, find better employees or pay them more. The first contact a customer has with a company leaves a lasting impression. My impression is a very poorly run company.
