Just had Josh over to do the initial treatment at our new (to us) house and he did a great job! Very detailed, explained what he was going to do, spent the time needed to do a thorough job.

Had two really bad experiences with them. They come to the home unannounced even if it’s all over your account to call before coming and don’t treat unless confirming appointment. There’s no one holding anyone accountable. When asking what the tech did or their normal procedures on applying chemicals the story kept changing. I was working with Al and John and while John had empathy over what happened Al just dropped off the face of the earth. Doesn’t respond to any of my messages. There’s no quality control and when something happens it’s at your expense. They also outsource their call center so the local office has no control on what the call center is doing.
