Very poor customer service, when I requested a supervisor to come out and look at my lawn for some damage areas, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. I contacted the manager, he promised me to take care of this issue, but he never follow through, this is a company with very little integrity. I will never recommend anyone to hire Turner for any service.

I wasn’t home for the yard treatment last week or so but he called to ensure the fence was unlocked and no critters are out and about. Yesterday we just got home when the bug treatment was just starting. He was very professional. Very polite. Very courteous.

I was very impressed with the Gentleman I spoke to on the phone regarding my account, courteous, professional and helpful. The technician that came to my house, Chad Ream was excellent!!! Did exactly what they agreed to do, and did not mind all of my questions but answered them all very patiently and politely. Very Good Experience would recommend!!!
