The technician went around the house very thoroughly, brushing down. Any spiderwebs came in. The house was very courtesy and put booties on his feet and sprayed around the house. Very pleasant boy.

Turner has our new home termite warranty and we were so pleased with their no nonsense business approach and knowledgeable technicians that we signed up for their annual service plan. Their technician was here a couple of days ago to get rid of some spiders and wasps and they called before arriving, were on time, and completed all the work and were gone in 40 minutes. Pleasure doing business with Turner.

I really wanted to give them a try but unfortunately nobody would ever return my call to set up a initial appointment. I originally had sent an online request and was emailed back with a quote. When I called to set it up the guy who answered did not know how to schedule but after putting my on hold for almost 15 minutes said I would have to wait for his manager to get back and then he would call me. It’s been a week and nobody ever called me back. I have found a different company that was able to put me on the schedule on my first phone call and I will be going with them.

What can I say, Kam services our home like it’s his own. He is professional, respectful, and a great communicator! He represents Turner while wearing the uniform. We have rental homes in a higher end neighborhood, and Kam is so polite and respectful to the tenants. We appreciate you Kam! You are the example of doing the right thing, when nobody’s watching!
