I really wanted to give them a try but unfortunately nobody would ever return my call to set up a initial appointment. I originally had sent an online request and was emailed back with a quote. When I called to set it up the guy who answered did not know how to schedule but after putting my on hold for almost 15 minutes said I would have to wait for his manager to get back and then he would call me. It’s been a week and nobody ever called me back. I have found a different company that was able to put me on the schedule on my first phone call and I will be going with them.

I was referred to TPC by a friend, as we are new to the area and our house, so I had high expectations. i know "things happen", but I can't tolerate promises with no communication follow up. He came out as promised & was very helpful and informative. Very nice guy. As he was leaving, he even volunteered some contacts to help with the move, and indicated that if we "needed anything" to give him a call, and he could probably help. He promised his contact info and a quote, along with the referrals he promised, by email that evening. No email. I even called the office when I was ready for the moving help and asked to have him call me, indicating to the receptionist that I had never gotten the quote or referral info. No call back. No communication? No follow thru? No business. No positive review.

We were very impressed with the service provided. Our specialist Kailon explained everything he did. He was professional and went above and beyond in his customer service approach. We definitely recommend them our family and friends. Great Job !

Our meeting with Frank, a sales representative, was great. Our initial lawn and mosquito services were scheduled and chemicals were applied within a week. However, since our initial application in February, we have not received any sort of service. Our lawn service is supposed to be every other month and our mosquito service is supposed to be every month. Our account online indicates that there are appointments scheduled, but once that day passes, the date gets moved to the next month. While this is happening, our credit card keeps getting billed for service, even after I removed it from our account online. In addition, our next door neighbor also hired Turner for their lawn service and while the tech was applying chemicals, he had destroyed a piece of our shared fence and did not notify our neighbors nor us. Our security cameras captured the whole event. It has been rather difficult to get a hold of a manager to resolve these issues.
