The representative was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure to explain to me everything I needed to know. Answered all of my questions. He seems like a tenured individual who has been doing this role for some time. I would highly recommend you offer him a promotion and put him in a training role to train all new field representatives.

I just got off the phone with customer service, I am trying to get information about the type of service I need( inside insects). The man “helping” me seemed to be reading a script. I couldn’t get my questions answered about monthly service so I opted for the one time Option. Got everything set up and he wanted payment up front while we were on phone. I said no I don’t do business that way. He put me on hold, came back and said it had to be paid up front. I said I will use another company. I’ve used them in the past and the woman that helped me then was very helpful. Think customer service needs tweaking just a bit.

I never like to be a male Karen lol but this driver was all over the emergency lanes going around cars merging into 295 Company should investigate this guy. I'll delete this once they contact me and let me know what he was in such a hurry that he would endanger other people
