We had our first service today. Our technician was Kevin and he did an outstanding job. He pointed out a couple of deficiencies in our new home construction where ants could enter our house and gave us a complete review of what we can do to help prevent infestations from occurring. They kept me for more than a week, saying every day that they would send someone for my treatment the next day. After a week, they said I had to pay in advance for someone to come. They knew I had an urgent problem and didn't care. The customer service is terrible; nobody responds or assumes responsibility. Now I have a growing pest problem and lost more than a week waiting for those liars.
