We moved to the area in 10/2017 and Turner was recommended by an acquaintance! I always pay for my service up front annually and did so twice however in the last six months we got two different technicians that were at our residence less than 20 minutes each time and we were seeing more and more pests in and around our home! I decided to shop around as we have multiple rental properties where we use other pest control companies! I hired another company because of their reputation and work on some of our other properties! Ironically enough I am gone from mid October through mid December and am in parts of the country with no cell service I returned today 11/12/2019 to find that even though they haven’t been paid they think they have an eternal contract and can bill $195 for a visit forever! This is unacceptable and my attorney will be addressing this issue!

The guy that came to service our house, Gerald, was amazing! Very straight forward and honest with everything we needed to get done. We had termites and he helped us with treating the affected areas and provided us with his number to ask questions when needed. He seriously puts our minds at ease. Thank you! Definitely recommending him to my friends and family.
