Sent bill for services that were never rendered 7 months after canceling services (because my grass was burned with chemicals and the pest were worse with their services). Customer service did nothing but send a letter threatening to send to collections. Would never recommend such a dishonest company not to mention to sub par “service”.

First of all, I apologize for the delay in getting this to you. My experience with Turner Pest Control and Chris (the young man that takes care of my account) is excellent. Chris is friendly and polite and always makes sure that he's addressing any concerns I might have. I'm extremely impressed with his professionalism.
