I moved in into my new home a year ago and was advised that Turner was the company that my builder recommend for my termite bond. I contacted them and set up an appointment for someone to come out and explain their service. A person did and gave me a comprehensive explanation on what the tech would do on the first visit and thereafter.. A most knowledgeable, helpful and efficient tech named Chad Ream arriveda few weeks later. He madeus feel comfortable from the initial visit. Because of the reasons listed earlier I have not hesitated to referee Turner to my new neighbors and friends and suggest that they request Chad Ream as their service tech(he is awesome). I hope Turner knows what hat an excellent employee this guy really is. Thank you Turner and Chad

Very responsive to calls requesting need for unscheduled service due to weed control. This is important when on the every other month lawn care service contract. So far service and treatments have been satisfactory.

The woman I spoke to from customer service was excellent as well. I contacted another pest control company before Turner and they didn't respond until after my home was treated by Turner.
