The salesman was nice. For a first impression with this company though I have not had a good experience. Treatment was set up for a monday, which I had to work. I took an early day off because I was told my appointment would be in the evening. Someone showed at my house at noon. No call to me, no call back to reschedule. I called their office several times to find out what happened to my appointment, no answer and only voicemail. I found that my card has been charged though. Not a good first impression, and I will not be using this company.

Mr. Dwelle - We apologize for the confusion but this appears to be a misunderstanding. I pulled your account and spoke to the manager of this department and your appointment has always been scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, July 20th, never on a Monday. We checked our Azuga fleet tracking software and none of our technicians ever came to your home Monday. If you had issues reaching us yesterday we were experiencing extreme high call volumes but anyone that left a voicemail had a return call. We collected your credit card information upon set up to have on file to be charged for the first treatment. We apologize for the miscommunication and any error on our part but if there is anything we can do to fix it please let us know.

I signed up for a years service on 8-15-19. I had an automatic monthly credit card deduction for the years service set up. Fast forward to 07-26-20 I called to request a service call which are supposed to be free during my contract period if I have an issue. I explained there was a recurring issue with the original pest I initially called them for a year earlier. They then informed me (after promising to come out and look at my issue 2 times before) that I would have to pay again as I cancelled my service. Yes I did cancel my service but payments continued as I was on a 1 year contract and I knew this. But if you don't cancel in advance you are automatically charged for the next quarter. My issue is that I paid for an entire year of service and that service doesn't end until 8-14-20 irregardless if I cancelled. I've not had any issues until the end of last month and when I called I got nothing but a runaround from what amounts to a bunch of incompetent people who don't want to stand by their service. If their service is so great then why am I getting critters and then a bunch of nonsense when I call them and ask for a service call? I paid for a year and expect a years worth of service. I've never had to call for a service visit and don't understand the difference of calling in the 2nd quarter of contract vs the 4th quarter of contract. I'm still within the period for which I paid. I've spoke with a couple neighbors who use Turner as well and they too will be canceling at the end of their terms. These people don't stand by their service or contract. Will not recommend much less use their service again.

As former unhappy Brandon customers, inspector Ryan Mercer was our first contact with Turner Pest Control and his customer service was above and beyond excellent! He was so helpful and informative, it was truly a pleasure having him perform the inspection. We are about to move so I wasn't able to sign a contract with him today, but I will DEFINITELY recommend him to the new home owners as well as call him when we are in our next home!

Constantly a bad or ok experience with turner. Today the rep did a great job cleaning the spider webs that collected on my wages but threw the granular pesticide on top of my Christmas lawn inflatables that I'm trying to put in storage now.
