It was such a pleasure talking to Tami about the services Turner offers and getting me signed up for the pest control service. Her knowledge of the business is remarkable, and she took the time to explain to me all the various service they offer -- way more than just pest control -- without any kind of "hard sell." I make it a priority to patronize local businesses; it's a great way to make friends and support the local economy. I'm looking forward to my first appointment taking place tomorrow. If everyone at Turner is as dedicated to the company and dedicated to the outstanding customer care Tami is, I'm going to be one happy customer!

While I can’t speak to quality yet (this was our first visit with them), today I had one person come over for mosquitos and another to keep general bugs and pests out of our home. Both were professional, kind, and personable. We have worked with other companies in the past that were not half as polite and were not nearly as thorough in their job. It was a wonderful change from our previous service. So far, we’re glad we switched to them.

Deandre handled an issue with a broken part before I asked him to check it out. He was on it! Deandre was polite, quick and communicated what he was going to do. I was very happy with his service.
